LOCATION! This beautifully decorated, stylish 2BR2B condo is close to everything! WALK TO HANGOUT AND FESTIVALS, but far enough away to stay peaceful. Fully renovated and furnished with BEACHY AESTHETICS. Floor to ceiling updated Hurricane windows and slider. Take the elevator down to a new pool and grilling area or just hit the beach. DIRECT BEACHFRONT to view the Gulf of Mexico. Walk, bike or ride to all the best restaurants and shopping. Just a short drive to the wharf/Orange Beach or to Foley shopping and the sports complex. Sparkling Pool. We provide all the essentials.

There is a parking Pass for ONE vehicle only that is included with your stay. Please fill it out completely with your dates and put it on the dashboard of your vehicle. There is parking for two vehicles during the months of Sept-May 16. You must contact me prior to your arrival to purchase an additional pass for 45.00 during these months.

A great beach getaway!!

To sit on your balcony and hear the surf. To have only a few steps to be on the beach. To have a place you can bring your crew for some R&R. This is the point of hitting the Gulf Shores, right? If that's the case, this spot is primo! It's close to anything/everything. You are so close that you don't even need to pack a lunch to go to the beach, simply walk up to the first floor for a 30 minute break! The apartment itself may be a little dated but if you are heading to Gulf Shores for time inside an apartment, well... All in all, this place was fantastic and Patti is a great host!

Beautiful view from the balcony within steps of the beach. We saw dolphins from the balcony most morning while we had coffee.The pool was also a fun hang out for the kids. The kitchen had all the basic items to allow us to prepare meals and we utilized the charcoal grills downstairs in the common area. We enjoyed the convenience of the stairs, but the elevator was always available with plenty of carts to assist with luggage and grocery transportation to and from the car. We had an amazing vacation!! This condo was the perfect space for our family.

condo was clean inside n out, would LOVE to c bathrooms installed under condos like others, and also POST do's and don'ts, didn't care to be told to move our vehicles from under condo where we have parked for probably 10 years, and post signs.
