Royal Palms 503 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

We think you need a little vitamin SEA and this newly renovated, one bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo is just the answer! With a king size bed in the master suite, youth-sized hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 6 guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes enjoying meals in a breeze. You’ll feel total relaxation when you spend sometime quality time on your private balcony soaking in all the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! There are 2 TVs, one in the living room being a smart TV, a DVD player and high speed WiFi to keep you connected while you vacation. A washer and dryer and located in the unit for your convenience.

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The building has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout.

Love it!

This is our 3rd time staying in the Royal Palms and each time has been wonderful! This condo was clean, and the view from that balcony was beautiful. The only thing I think they should upgrade is the king sized bed- a little lumpy, but other than that, great condo for that price point! Will stay here again.

Perfect location

This is a the perfect location for an incredible view and beach access! We really loved the fact that the Royal Palms property is on the "end" of a long line of condos and hotels. We just walked diwn the boardwalk and turned left and enjoyed a long stretch of beach between Royal Palms and The Gulf State Park Pier! We relaxed on the beach, looked for shells(my favorite activity), and walked in the sand with the ocean washing up on our feet! The condo is well stocked and comfortable and very beautifully decorated! I will definitely book at Royal Palms again!

Simple but yet great for our needs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute trip for us, so we had very little expectations and preparation to the trip. I took my 3 kids (16,11,2) for a "get out of the cold" vacation. We stayed for 4 nights between Christmas through New Years & were pleasantly surprised by the weather. The best thing about this cute little condo for us was the location. We loved having easy access to the pier and the low crowds due to the state park made it very peaceful. No obstructed views here & that part was lovely. The indoor pool and hot tub (VERY hot and almost unable to get in it) made a nice addition to our wind down routine each night. The layout worked perfectly for us as well. I feel like the kitchen could have had a few more basics available (like a salt shaker and a few coffee filters) mainly for that first day. We didn't overly pack for this trip like most, but I would have loved to have had the ability to make a pot of coffee that first morning before running to the store. I'm not sure I have ever stayed somewhere that didn't have at least the few basic items, but we made due. We expected the unit to be a bit dated due to the pictures, so that part didn't bother us. The beds were very comfy and the shower/water pressure was a plus for the girls :) It could use a good deep clean to target the tile and floors/corners, but again that is something that is to be expected for an older unit. Overall, we would stay here again for a quick getaway! The property manager was wonderful and texted to always make sure we were ok and provided helpful tips for checking and check out, but didn't blow us up :) The trip was simple, stress free, and easily coordinated- so we couldn't ask for much more than that!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management staff at Bender were excellent. Always helpful and very pleasant to talk with. And had excellent follow thru. Can’t say enough about them. There are things that if I owned that condo would fix and update. That would be the owners decision. I am not sure if they stay here or is it an investment. With just a little investment it could be a very nice property. One other issue that I would suggest to the owners, there is not sealing around the door. When the wind blows it is VERY loud. You can also see light all around the door. It was annoying when the wind was blowing hard. Just updates that would help make this a nice place to stay.

Awesome location to everything! We’ve stayed here now at Royal Palms 3 times! We love it less crowded since it’s by the state park!! Easy access to Walmart, Publix and all the eateries!

Nice getaway

The condo was at a great location. It was not to crowded because on one side was a fishing pier. The pools were clean and well maintained as well as the high rise. We would stay there again.
