Summer Lovin' is a gulf-front home located on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores. It features a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, spacious living areas, broad porches on both levels, an elevator and a small refreshing splash pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day.

Summer weeks are Sunday to Sunday so you avoid the Saturday arrival traffic jam!

Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer-term rentals.

The main floor has the great room with a large HDTV over the fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with great beach views for the cooks, and a dining table with benches and chairs plus stools at the kitchen island to seat the entire family. You'll also find outdoor dining and seating on the porch. This floor has a king bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a bath that also opens to the hall, and the laundry.

The top floor has a beachfront king master with a private porch, a bath with separate shower and tub, and a sitting room that has a twin daybed and trundle in case you need it for your kids or grandkids. You have two more king bedrooms, plus a bunk room that sleeps 4 and is sure to be the place the cousins want to stay.

Below the house you'll find the splash pool sheltered under the house and surrounded by vines and flowers. It is a wonderful break from the sun when it is really hot in summer, but in cooler months is sheltered from the wind--your own little oasis. You'll also find a hot and cold water shower and changing room under the house, a grill, sand chairs, and a dune walkover.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsored groups. Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 14 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.
