This beautiful single-family home is the perfect getaway for those seeking sun, sand, & relaxation in updated, clean and private surroundings. Just steps from the beach & lagoon, you’ll have easy access to endless coastal adventures. No shared walls, a pool at your doorstep, a second pool by your private beach entrance. Private balcony to enjoy morning coffee's and evening cocktails. There’s plenty of options to relax or play.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed with high end linens and lots of built in storage space, plus it's own private half bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, also with high end linens. Both bedrooms have their own smart TV's and ceiling fans.

The updated full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is just a couple of steps away from both bedrooms.

The beautifully updated kitchen comes with all new and modern appliances, including a LARGE refrigerator/freezer combo with built in ice maker. This fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you could need for preparing meals as well as a coffee and tea bar and blender for making cocktails.

There is a nice sized dining table that doubles up as a fun spot for family board games. The living room is equipped with another ceiling fan, lots of comfy seating, blankets, board games and a smart TV with cable access.

Step outside the house and enjoy the private balcony, swinging bench with partial ocean views and another couple of tall chairs and table. You have access to the lagoon behind the house through the HOA's private dock that stretches into the calm water of the lagoon, perfect for fishing or just enjoying the sunset.
