Relaxing place bay side

This is a nice change of pace from the beach side. Its laid back but with plenty to do. You can fish and set traps for crab. The pool is very nice also. There is good parking spots. If you want to go to the beach, its a short walk. I would go back and stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit it self worked well for 2 people and very comfortable. The view overlooking the lagoon is beautiful. The decor was great for the location. That being said, the unit needs updating, painting, screening. Nothing a little TLC wouldn’t take care of the issues.Overall, I would definitely rent out this unit again.

We spent a week here and didnt turn on the tv once. We spent hours on the huge balcony, watching people fish. The views are absolutely amazing, it was hard to go back to Texas.

Relaxing Family Trip

Though the condo is dated, the balcony and view of the sunsets were amazing. The air condition was great, and the property was quiet and relaxing. The location was very convenient to lots of restaurants and only about 15 minutes to Walmart. We loved being on the relaxing bay and getting to walk on the trail, but it was also a short, direct, easy walk to the beach which was fabulous.

The unit had mold on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms, plus plaster was loose in the bathroom as well.It should never have been rented out in that condition.Photo was sent to the property manager with no response.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the view is perfect! It is an easy walk to the beach or if you want to drive there are plenty of spots to park across the road from the beach for a small fee per day. There is also a bathroom at the beach entrance which is nice. The condo itself could use a little updating but is very comfortable. Would suggest adding a few extra blankets and pillow cases for the extra pillows as well as a mattress cover- there was only a sheet covering the mattress. Construction is still ongoing on the complex so we couldn’t use the boat ramp- which we did not discover until the day prior to our trip as well as that boat trailer parking may be limited. However, the management company was very helpful and offered to let us park our boat trailer at their office if not enough space. There ended up being enough space to park the trailer, but we would have really liked to have been informed about the boat ramp at the time of booking as it was one of the main reasons we booked this condo. We ended up having a great stay despite this and once the construction is finished in November things will be even better. We will definitely be back next year!
