We’ll Be Back! Great Stay!!

Seawind 609 is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in!! Very clean and comfortable! Location was perfect. Communication with the rental company was outstanding too. We hated to leave! We’ll be back though!!

Very nice place to stay

The property had good Amenities. The gym was nice, a short walk to the beach, the kiddie pool was perfect, heated pool, and even the boardwalk to the beach was nice.

Lovely location and condo

Couldn't pick a better location for beach fun, shopping, history and food. Beautiful view from the balcony where we enjoyed coffee and quiet in the morning and a drink and soft breeze in the evening

The view is awesome and we loved it there it was nice clean and roomy . This was my first time ever being at the beach and I’m 31 and I loved it and definitely will be back and this was the kids first time they had a blast

All about the beach

This was an attractively appointed, very clean property. The people who own this unit have been so easy to deal with and have been so helpful. We all enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be able to return next season.

Beach get-away

The condo was really nice, clean and in a good location.It being on the corner made for excellent views and a nice breeze. The communications with the managment group was really good and prompt. We did have a couple of issues with washing machine and guest bathroom hot water in the shower. The managment team was very responsive on potential solutions. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Gulf Shores Vacation

The condo was very nice, and the location was great. We walked almost every where we went. My only regret was that we weren’t informed ahead of time that the lobby floor would be unavailable for the week we were there. But we all had a wonderful time!

Very clean/well-stocked

This condo is probably the cleanest property I've stayed at while traveling.. and I'm picky! The ocean view is amazing and you can see it from nearly the whole condo, even while washing dishes! Easy five minute walk from door to ocean and there is a wagon to use to tote your stuff. They even have extra beach toys for kids in the condo and down by the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. Full sized washer and dryer. A couple issues came up and the owner was immediately responsive and helpful. Beach was also clean and great for kids. Definitely would stay here again!!

Deceiving, disappointing, basic.

This unit provided all of the basic needs: shelter, running water, heat, clean linens. We were very disappointed with this unit compared to many we've stayed with in Gulf Shores, AL. Most definitely a "family with many children" condo - very worn with broken down, nicked, scratched, dented furniture, drawers falling out of the dresser, heavily worn mattresses. The laundry room was clogged with beach wagon, numerous beach chairs, several large bags of beach toys. We had to "unload" the room to get to the washer and dryer. A large part of the dining area was taken up by a standing/sitting video game - so crowded that we were unable to host a dinner with friends. The Direct TV cable didn't work on the living room TV and we had to contact the manager for a service call (which was very prompt). During certain hours of the day, the internet was unable to carry the load and internet service was unavailable. Note: We did notice that it worked exceptional fast and on demand at 3:00 in the morning! Our biggest issue was that the exercise room with sauna and steam room along with the pool and hot tub were located across two parking lots in a completely different building! This was most definitely NOT noted in unit description. There are no changing rooms and in cold, windy, rainy winter weather of 30* you are forced to travel across the parking lots etc. in wet, cold clothing. All in all, as stated this unit provided basic housing. We will not use this rental facility again.

It was great being right on the beach and all the amenities that the condo offered. We definitely recommend staying here for an extended beach vacation. The owners were helpful and responsive. The corner balcony view was fantastic!

Gulf Shores Beach Condo

Check-in was easy and condominum was very clean. Whole family enjoyed it and the children (and adults) had fun with the game table. Would stay here again.

Good condo, convenient location

Condo was clean and is very conveniently located to restaurants and grocery store across the street. Kids love both pools. Listing needs to be updated as it states the condo has a sleeper sofa and sleeps 9, but it does NOT have a sleeper sofa, actual available bed space is 7 persons.

Waves Crashing

Patio doors open to an amazing breeze off the gulf. Everything was super clean and in the condo ready to go. Loved the location just steps to the beach. Already making plans for the next stay!

Great place to escape the snow and ice!

We love the location of this condo, stayed here again after coming last winter. The corner balcony has great views of the sunset. Perfect views of the water & can hear the waves! Saw dolphins several times. Condo is clean and spacious

Beautiful Condo with Spectacular View from Balcony

Awesome condo! Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Clean and beautifully decorated. View was spectacular and beach just outside the condo was an easy walk to the rental chairs. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.
