CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

It was almost like home. Well furnished,great appliances, quiet except for elevator. Easy beach access and having Sea and Suds next door was awesome. Since there are 20 floors dependable elevator service is a must!

Perfect getaway!!

This condo was the perfect option for my husband and I, my one year old and my mother in law. There was plenty of room for all of us and the amenities were so nice. The beach was a short walk down. We took a wagon, rented some beach chairs and it was perfect. Sea n suds was right next door so we ordered lunch and drinks and went right back to the beach! We loved this property and would definitely come back here!

Clean, Nice condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean and well taken care of! There were no issues whatsoever with checkin and checkout. It was right on the ocean and the splash pad was so much fun for my two littles! There was also a beach wagon on the balcony that was so helpful when taking all our stuff down to the beach! Highly recommend this property!

Forever Grateful

My sister and I made reservations in Gulf Shores for a relaxing quiet getaway weekend at the beach. When we made the reservations we were unaware of the weekend musical festival about to take place next to our condo. The first night was fairly quiet and relaxing. Day two, will be forever imbedded and engraved in our ears! When the band started to warm-up, the earsplitting noise shocked us - definitely 85dBA or higher - loud enough to cause anxiety, hearing loss, etc. We contacted Alabama Getaway right away and they accommodated us pronto within a couple of hours to a condo in Orange Beach. The rest of the weekend was awesome!! Lucille

Great getaway for a girls’ trip

The condo was great. The pool was small and very loud on the indoor portion. We enjoyed our stay, especially our time spent on the balcony.

Everything we expected. We just needed a quick 5 day get away and your condo was available. Loved sitting on the balcony and watch the activity on the beach. And enjoy the beauty and relaxation of the ocean.

Seawind Met Expectations

Very nice property, great for little kids with the splash pool on property. The only quibble I have, and it wouldn't keep us from returning, are the ridiculously tight parking spaces. Otherwise, a great place to vacation.

Cannot wait to visit again

This property was one of the nicest that we have visited in the Gulf Shores area in a long time. We have had numerous trips only to be disappointed by one aspect or another and this was spot on. The only drawback that I can say is that there were only 2 elevators and we were on the 19th floor but that was really no issue as they held a lot of people and moved quickly.

We were alittle confused with checking in, getting our parking pass, but management responded in 15min! Thank you!We thought the sofa was a pull out.. NOPE!One nigjt of a deflated.air mattress, used the 2nd one, good to go. DEFINITELY need a pull out!!!Property was clean. Loved the beach, even tho there were jellyfish...noone got.stung!Only real upset would be the pool. Definitely not large enough for the property!Beautiful views!
We believe this was a local. Every day we had a new sculpture! FUN!!

Our stay was excellent!! The only complaint is the parking, and the elevators. The wait time for an elevator was pretty extensive. I do realize that has nothing to do with the room itself, and cannot be controlled. Just a heads up! Be prepared to run on and off the elevators (the doors shut quick), and be prepared to wait on an elevator and stop on every floor up and down! Very busy facility with 2 elevators!

Clean condo on the beach

This condo was very clean! It was perfect for my family. The checkin/check out process was 100% easy as it could have possibly been. The communication throughout the whole time was top notch! This condo was right on the beach. We enjoyed the "bigger" than most balcony that this condo had! If cooking inside the room, you have everything you need there. This room also provided boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon, etc.... The only thing I can "complain" about, but this has nothing to do with the condo, I just want others to beware if staying here is a canopy is not allowed up close by the beach- only an umbrella. So, if you have young kids you can't set up close by the beach unless you have a small umbrella, rent from beach, or just use chairs. AGAIN- this has nothing to do with the condo itself, I just wanted to give others a heads up about this. If we come back to this area, we will NO DOUBT come back to this condo if it's available. 110% pleased with it all.

Condo was not clean

We have stayed at Seawinds before but unfortunately will not be staying in this unit again. The listing says the condo sleeps six. They neglect to tell you that includes an air mattress to sleep two. The air mattress was covered in sand and had dried blood on it. Management did offer to bring another but by that time it was late at night and we had already cleaned it up. There was sand all over the condo upon our arrival and dead bugs in the master bath. I’m not sure the condo had been vacuumed at all. There were also water puddles from drinks on the counter when we arrived so the counters had not been wiped down either. The condo itself was very nice with a great view. If it had been properly cleaned, and we had not have had someone sleep on the floor on an air mattress, it would have been a nice stay.

Best Balcony on the Beach

We loved the unobstructed view from the 19th floor balcony. We saw dolphins play and got to watch an amazing lightning show when a storm blew through one night. Having a sliding glass door from the bedroom as well as the living room to the HUGE balcony was great, we used the outdoor dining table constantly. There’s so much space out there! You might read some concerns about the elevators - we thought of it like traffic patterns on a highway - it’s going to be busier at times - plan ahead for it and we were fine. The condo had many extras for the beach and really appreciated the washer & dryer. The property managers were available 24/7 by text and responded quickly to a couple of questions I had. We will be back and we loved our getaway, thank you!!
