CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Beautiful Place!

Sorry for the late review but my husband has had some health challenges.Our stay (myself, my husband & my sister) was a stay we will forever remember fondly. It was immaculate, just as described and a great location. Furniture, including beds were all extremely comfortable. Contact with owner/agent was very easy and quick. We absolutely loved everything about our stay.

Fall break get-away

This weekend was interesting with hurricane Helene on the move. But everything was fine. The condo itself is beautiful and clean (except the floor was dirty. Mostly sand). Check-in was super easy. It was nice to have the beach wagon full of stuff for our disposal. I would definitely book the condo again.

Historic Snow/Communication Problems

Nice property on the beach. Very clean. One very large bedroom, another medium sized, and one very small bedroom with only a small dresser to store your clothes. Some of the furniture could be replaced (bar stools, mattresses). Communication was a problem. We did experience problems with the elevator not working and we were on the 17th floor. It would have been nice to hear from the Alabama Getaway about the problem and when it might be repaired. We were also without water for a short period of time and had to reach out to Alabama Getaway to find out what was happening. Historic snow was a bummer but not the fault of anyone.

Seawind was a very rocky stay

The room was great but the elevator was a total disaster. It dropped on my husband and I for sure 3 floors if not 4 and brought me off my feet and my husband had a cup of very hot coffee in his hand which was sucked out of his hand and went down my back and on his head. I have been home for over a week and still in pain. We were without water for 11 hours and that was because seawind had a pump go down but was blaming the city which I had already called. They never once checked on my husband and I to see if we were ok from the elevator incident . The beach is enjoyable but it really was a disaster of a trip and that is on Seawind!!

Wonderful vacation

This property Did Not Disappoint!!! The property has a stunning view of the ocean and is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. I have a child with severe allergies, so I am keen on the cleanliness of the property especially in relation to smell and mildew/mold in beach environments. This property was awesomely clean and smelled great. It has a fully functional kitchen and is stocked with additional essentials of beach life (chairs, etc). The property itself is nice with moving carts to assist with easy transportation of luggage to and from vehicles. Beach access is also great! Down the elevators and a walk right onto the walkway that’s equipped with water spouts to rinse off the sand on your way back into the property.
