Sea Oats Condominium is located in Gulf Shores, only 3 miles west of the 'T' at Highway 59. It is a quiet, low-density area of Gulf Shores. The complex expands over 7 acres of property located on Little Lagoon with a deeded beach access that crosses a low traffic, two-lane road. Sea Oats offers boat slips, private boat launch, fishing piers, 2 gazebos, picnic areas with the grills, two Olympic size pools and covered parking. Sea Oats is a great place to bring the family and the Wave runners!

The rooms are spacious with a king size bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The couch converts to a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your cooking needs. The unit also offers a full size washer and dryer. Televisions with cable are located in the main living room and both bedrooms. From the balcony, the unit overlooks the pool.

Sea Oats is a great destination for the family to vacation. It is quiet and has a relaxing beach atmosphere. There is plenty of white sand and beautiful waters to offer your family a flip/flopping good time. Don't forget your fishing pole!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and had two very well kept pools. The property was very peaceful and we loved being able to have access to the downstairs storage room for all our beach stuff!

Perfect Relaxation

Totally the best of both worlds staying at this property. Beach is just a short walk away and also an amazing covered boat dock with a picnic table to enjoy a relaxing sunset. Property is located in a very quiet area in Gulf Shores.

Spring Break 2024

This is the perfect location for a spring break getaway. Something for everyone! Fishing on the bay side, beach right across the street, 2 pools to choose from and still close enough to enjoy all the food and shops in town. We had an amazing time.

Nice, comfortable unit located between beach and lagoon. Walk to the beach or launch your watercraft in the from the dock backside. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Very nice location. Dan responds to messages right away. The property and pool are very nice and so close to the beach. My husband loved having a fishing dock and cleaning station. We will stay here again!

Beautiful House and Incredibly Accommodating

We were very happy with our stay at Sea Oats. Dan was extremely helpful, communicative, and, most importantly, accommodating our needs during our trip. He quickly answered any questions we had and even recommended several places to visit, get groceries, or eat at while we were there. We will be returning in the future if we have the chance.

Great stay!!

Very tidy property! My fiancé and I found the master bed very comfortable! We were happy to find the cupboard stocked with some pretty nice pots and pans along with everything else we might’ve needed for our stay. Location was great for us, being on the 2nd floor. The balcony had a nice view of the pool, so we could see when it was crowded or not! And it was probably equivalent to a 1/2 block walk or less to the beach entrance since it is on the far side of the complex. The beach was gorgeous as well. We loved everything about our stay! Decor was super cute and the towels were SO soft! We would definitely stay again!!

The property is great. Its an older property. The hall smells of urine. The stairs are killer. And the beach is quite a bit of a walk. For the price and location it cant be beat. Dan is fantastic to work with. I will probably not stay here again because of the stairs.

Wonderful, Quiet Getaway with Wonderful Host

My fiance, my pup, and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in was very simple, and Dan was very prompt in providing all information for check in. The hallway leading up to the condo could definitely use an update, as we were apprehensive about the condo upon seeing the hallway, but pleasantly surprised when finally entering the condo as it was cute, cozy, and smelled wonderful! There was a nice open space on the waterfront to take the pup out, which was very appreciated. I had made a mistake, thinking I booked for 2 nights when I only booked for one, causing me and my group to miss removing all of our items by the check out time. Upon calling Dan, he quickly answered and was patient, kind, and understanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay as well as great hospitality! :)

Needs attention

We were at the end of a three month cross country trip and had stayed in MANY homes, condos, etc before arriving here. Location was good for us at this condo but the condo is definitely in need of attention and updating. An air freshener in the living room went off on a timed basis— when you have something like this, you are trying to cover up odors and the smell of it was disagreeable to me. All random throw rugs in bath and kitchen needed to be washed. There was dried food on the inside of a kitchen pot; extremely moldy bath mat just needed to be thrown out and mold on ceiling in bathroom. The bath towels were stained ( except a couple newer towels) and wash cloths were random colors and tattered in one of the bathrooms— have never seen this anywhere and at first thought they were rags! Needless to say, we survived but it was the dirtiest accommodation we had rented! Perhaps the owner will make some updates and improve their cleanings before next year.

We booked Dan’s condo for a night, on our way to St George Island. Dan was easy to communicate with, gave us great instructions. His condo felt very homey. (We have stayed places that there was not an ounce of character. White, blank walls). We enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely stay again, for more than the night.
