Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (mid-March through October, as needed) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests. Your view is beach-side and within a short walk you are able to enjoy the sand and the water.
