This 10th floor 1568 sq ft east corner condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath take advantage of the wet bar. This smoke-free unit features upscale furnishings serene and calming colors lavish bedding and full size washer/dryer.

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.

Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted. Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years or older to reserve this vacation rental.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
