Beach vacation

Accommodations could use a bit of updating and had a bit of trouble with the elevator, but nothing we couldn’t manage. Overall good stay and great location!!

Check in was a late check in and then they forgot to send us a message once room was ready at 5:00. Elevators were a hassle. Slow so we did stairs most of the time.

Great Location, uncomfortable room

Great Location, definitely big enough. Unfortunately the Elevator was down and it made for a very exhausting haul up and down the stairs while we were there. Our room was on the 1st floor thank goodness, but the maid staff blocked us from getting in and out of our room daily because they had to all wait for the one elevator that worked. We ended up just having to use the stairs to carry everything back and forth on the day of check out, to our vehicle. The room was clean and big enough, just needs some updating and TLC. The beds were hard as concrete, so the relax time mostly happened on the beach. We didn't get much sleep. Would have given it 5 stars if it would have been a little more comfortable and if they would have at least shown some sign of caring that the elevators were down and all the people struggling with kids, beach equipment and luggage back and forth to the rooms. I watched one family wait for over an hour to get to their room.
