THE SPACE

When you need a break from the heat, head to the shaded hangout area under the house for games and good conversation.

Beach access is directly across the street—grab the complimentary chairs, toys and wagon, rinse off in the outdoor shower when you're done, and repeat as many times as you want.

Inside, the single-level open layout keeps everyone connected.
The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area where everyone has a seat and a view. Grill available outside for BBQ’ing, and for the coffee enthusiasts we have a Keurig Duo that brews both pods and carafe. The dining area also doubles as a great work space when the need arises.

The living room invites you to sink into the cognac leather sofa surrounded by boho-chic accents, stream your favorites on the 65" Smart TV, or just leave the windows open and let the sound of the waves be your soundtrack.

Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $85/day. This service must be requested after booking and typically maintains a water temperature of 80–85°F, depending on weather.

Health & Safety: Your well-being is our priority. We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process between each guest stay.

Security: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home, monitoring outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the property.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, the deck-top pool, and all its amenities throughout their stay. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and self-check-in for a seamless and secluded vacation experience.
