You have found the perfect beach getaway! This pet friendly two-bedroom, two-bath condo is an ideal spot, located within walking distance from the Hang-Out, offering direct access to the beach. The complex provides a central HEATED outdoor pool for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Ideal for families, the condo boasts two spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. The second bedroom features an additional queen bed bringing the total occupancy to six. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the unit. Additionally, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delightful meals during your stay. For winter stays during January and February, reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months, nightly minimums vary between three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

The Property is Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.

Explore our monthly 'Snowbird' rates, available from November through February, for an extended and delightful stay during the winter season.
