Our condo is perfectly situated on the 6th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 6th floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! We also have a bonus room for luggage or storing your beach chairs and umbrellas.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Had 8 people in the group, and the place was spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably. Lots of space to store your stuff and food items, as well. Big open living room and great view of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Would stay here again in the future!

Great property, clean and well maintained. Check-in time of 4:30 and lobby closing at 5, made getting beach and pool gate code and parking pass difficult. Especially if you have early plans the day after arrival.

Amazing place to stay!

Our stay was great! Our condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures are great, but still doesn't do it justice! It was clean! It had great views! It was in a great location! The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Theres really not a negative thing about this place! This will be the first place we look from now on when we visit Gulf Shores. Great spring break!

Condo is clean and well furnished and stocked as promoted. Parking is steps away in the ramp. Only 4 condos per floor. And though it was spring break it wasn’t too noisy. The indoor pool was great! Only disappointment was that the outdoor pool with the slide was very cold. Would recommend this place.

Excellent View, Clean Condo, Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed nine days in this beautiful condo with four of our friends. We had absolutely everything we needed. The living room space and balcony were perfect for the six of us to visit comfortably. The kitchen was awesome and the bedrooms/bathrooms were too! Being able to park on the same floor as the condo was so helpful. Bonus = there are luggage carriers and shopping carts by the elevators for you to carry in your luggage and groceries. The view from the balcony was excellent and the beach was delightful. The extra storage closet for our beach chairs, umbrella, extra toiletries, etc. was perfect. The owners even provided two beach chairs. We will definitely be back. Everyone in our group was blown away with how perfect this condo was for us. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Nice living room layout and comfy beds. Great beach view and large balcony. The kids had large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great for walking. Also great to be on the parking level. So much faster to unload. Just small things bothered me that could be fixed in a day. The condo needs a Keurig coffee maker, more Tupperware. We struggled with the TVs and were never able to log into our Netflix. And the dryer did not dry well. We would have to run the machine 3 times before our clothes were completely dry. But the big things that matter are perfect. I would stay in this unit again.

You cannot ask for anything better! You park right on the same floor you are staying on and walk right in and there is your condo! So easy to get to and the check in and out process was so easy! Plus there was a storage closet full of beach accessories for our use that was a huge added bonus! The huge balcony is one of the greatest features of this condo. I could sit there for hours and listen/watch the ocean. Definitely would stay here again. Close to lots of restaurants as well. Great location!

The bedroom we stayed in had loud beds (every time you moved). The ac was rather loud as well - like an airplane taking off, which was way more noticeable during the night. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at Phoenix Gulf Shores 602. The unit was a huge size and accommodated out party of 6 with plenty of space. The cleaning crew was the only piece I would detract from the experience. The floors were not very clean. Feet would be dirty after walking around for a few minutes. The rental company was super quick to handle any concerns. We had a broken microwave and dishwasher when we got there. Although they were fixed with immediacy, the cleaning team should have reported them or someone should have seen on a walk through before our arrival. The amenities were great at the location and you couldn’t beat the ease of parking on the 6th floor. Just able to carry out things to the car without an elevator was awesome. I would recommend and give them 4 out of 5 stars.

It is clean, and doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary nick nacks such as artificial plants! The balcony is wonderful, large and side walls to block cold winter winds. Had a few issues initially but the management company had them fixed much more quickly than we could ever expect. Our only complaint is with the fitness center... no exercise bike! This Hoa should take a lesson from other Phx fitness centers.

Our family with 8 adults and 3 kids went for summer vacation. We normally stay in a house but decided to try this condo. We loved it! It had everything we needed, right on the beach, clean and good location. I would stay here again. There is sand toys and beach chairs in the closet which was a plus!
