Island Winds E205-Location X3! OMG View! Park The Car & Forget It!

Island Wind East 205 Sits in the Most Desired Location in Gulf Shores. This 1-bedroom home is perched on the Second floor of this Low-Density Complex, meaning no long waits on the elevator, possible to use the stairs, and no crowded pools! Newly Updated, this fantastic home boasts spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits next door to Gulf Place Beach Access where the National Shrimp Festival, The Annual Hangout Festival, NCAA Beach Volleyball Championships, and many other exciting events are held. You can just sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the festivals and listen to the music without fighting the crowds. Or head right out the door and you can walk to the festivals and to the most popular restaurants on the beach! No car needed! The Complex has a wonderful, shared swimming pool (heated in the cooler months), a fun and exciting kiddie pool, a fitness room, and an awesome grilling area with picnic tables overlooking the Gulf! Come On Down!

Upgrades in this home include gorgeous and comfy furnishings, Stainless-Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, and a beautiful tile backsplash! The Primary Bedroom provides a plush King Size bed, and the Living Room hosts a sleeper sofa for the kiddos! The bath contains a shower/ tub combo. The owner has provided some books, and board games for extra entertainment!

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

*Parking Passes are required. You will receive an email from within a few days of booking. This email contains the link to complete your Guest Registration and purchase parking passes with the onsite HOA. This fee is not included in the total of your reservation. Please access that link and pre-register before your arrival. Passes are $50 in advance and $60 day of arrival. Limit 1, and pricing is subject to change. All pricing is set by the HOA, not Celebrity Vacation Rentals.

Compact but everything we needed

The property is as featured in the pictures in the listing. It is small but perfect for the two of us. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the cooler days.

We loved the view from the balcony. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The only negative I have is the condo is on the 2nd floor next to elevators, so the noises from people grilling and getting on elevators is very very loud.

Birthday Get Away!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend and absolutely loved the place. When we came in, we found a small surprise for my wife’s birthday!! It was very cute and she loved it. Condo was very clean and updated. We had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely stay again.

Elevator is right outside of condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not like being right next to elevator and having bedroom right there so you could hear everyone. Tried to use sleeper sofa one day but sheet on it was nasty looking. Kitchen was nice. Having laundry was nice. Bathroom was small and I know it said one roll of toilet paper but that is crazy. The view was perfect and location was good. The tv in bedroom did not work the whole time there. You could watch for about 10 minutes then would have to unplug to get a signal. Tv would have been nice to drowned out elevator noise. The furniture in bedroom and couch in living both need to be replaced. The second drawer didn’t open in bed room and bed was too tall with the pad that didn’t fit the bed.
