    Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
    On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

    For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Host communication was great! We received all check-in/out information in plenty of time to an accordingly. Though I was not impressed with the condition of the overall property for the price we paid. Paint chipped off the walls, the service desk giving Motel 6 vibes and just an over all unsanitary feel. The unit itself was ok. The master bed mattress really needs to be replaced. You can visibly see how worn and indented it is when you walk into the room. Lighting throughout the unit is very yellow, causing the entire unit to feel dark. I saw reviews of the trash being right outside the unit. However, you can’t smell it. But you can smell is the neighbors, and hear the neighbors. Was not a fan of having a shared balcony.

Issues checking in as we were not in the “system” as the lady gave me an attitude like it was my fault even though it was paid for. No friendly as to what room and was a problem she had to write it down. As a business owner myself your front workers have the biggest impact on clients. The smell of garbage and mildew reeked in our room, we had to purchase a air purifier just to keep the smell out the room this is something that should be provided from the host

For the price the condo was fine.

The bed in the master was not comfortable. No tv in the second bedroom. The garbage shute was right outside the entrance and at times smelled horrible. The balcony connects to the balcony of the condo to the left so therefore we had no privacy. We had a great view of the ocean and it was close to several attractions so we were able to walk instead of drive. Some good things and some bad but we made the most of it and still had s good time.

Great Vacation!

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as it was advertised. Great location right on the beach. View was amazing! Only complaint was that the fridge wasn't super clean but it wasn't a huge issue. Would recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay here again.

Great room just one problem

Honestly loved our room! It was a great fit for my family, 2 adults+2 teens. Great location and beach access was perfect. Only issue is the trash chute is just outside the room entrance. Smelly at all times in the hall way... luckily can’t smell it in the room. They should move the trash away from the building and it would get 5 stars in my book!
