The location of the property is down on the end of the public beach near the state park. Because of this, it was less crowded on the beach than other properties. The description was accurate and the property management staff was great. No complaints.

We had awesome time staying here, our only issue was we couldn’t ever get fully clean because of sand everywhere. I know It’s natural to track it in but the vacuum cleaner did not work and there was no dust pan for the broom. Overall, it was great! We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Gulf Shores! The condo was very clean, perfect size, and a gorgeous beach front view! We spent most of our time on the beach and on the patio. The check in and check out process was so easy! All questions and communications were answered immediately! We will be back!

Location was great, very quiet next to the state park, room was perfect, 2 bathrooms, washer dryer in the unit was great. Very nice property had everything we needed. Could have used one more tall chair on balcony for sitting together and enjoying the beautiful views

It was awesome not having to walk like a mile on the wooded walkway to get to the beach. It was very clean and family oriented. There was construction going on next door bc they’re building a whole new building but not a big deal! Beach wasn’t too crowded even with us going during fall break! Would definitely stay here again!

Mom, daughter, granddaughter, and daughter-in-law. Stayed 5 nights. Great view from the balcony. Well equipped condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for us all. Beach is maintained well. Rental chairs were available and are well worth the price. Would stay here again and would recommend for anyone.

I would stay here again, price was good, location was great. Condo was nice, the couch needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable. The hot tub was dirty, there was scum around the edge that grossed me out, no fault of this unit owner obviously. Unit needs a few more rugs to wipe feet off due to sand. Bed was comfortable. If you like thick bedding / blankets / comforters bring extra. Host was quick to respond when I asked questions which was nice. I liked that they supplied family board games, I thought that was a sweet touch.

Overall trip was great! The location is perfect esp if you don’t like to be around a ton of people on the beach. The actual condo looked like it was cleaned fast, left towels from previous guest left on floor in a hallway closet, I had to re-wipe everything down. Very dated furniture. They definitely do not deep clean as they advertise. Other then that beach was great and location.

Small but inviting, OH MY GOD THE VIEW!! This location is great because it's at the end of the strip, so it's quite private on the beach - located next to a great (state?) park / conservation area too. We came here on spring break 2022 and absolutely loved it. The indoor pool is heated and there's a hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool that's not far from the beach. Direct beach access with a VERY short walk (literally about 60 seconds from elevator to beach). The kitchen had plenty of dishes and there is a washer and dryer which is nice. Plus cable TV, fast wifi - it's not a large space but it's everything we needed for a family of 4!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit overall. Everything in the condo was there as described except the WiFi. It took support 3 days the get me the correct password for WiFi. This would not be that big of an issue if we were spending time at the pool. It was chilly so we were expecting to be in the pool. BOTH POOLS WERE CLOSED. NO HEADS UP BEFORE WE DROVE SEVEN HOURS.

The condo was very nice. The decor was modern and not the beachy vibe that a lot of condos we looked at online. It had everything you would need for a weeks stay. We did have to stop by the store to pick up some things we did bring some Hello Fresh meals to make. Which I would highly recommend. It has almost everything you would need to cook with. The only thing we were disappointed with was in the pictures online it showed a table and chairs to sit out on the balcony. But when we got there there was only one chair to accommodate the bar height table. But we made do. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the view and the nice breeze. The only other thing was that both the bathroom sinks would fill up when washing your hands or evening brushing your teeth. They really needed to be unclogged. But again it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time. Just a little annoying. But over all we enjoyed our stay. I really liked the idea of having a keypad lock instead of a key. Less chance of losing the key.

We came down for a short fall break trip and enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we need. It is a little dated, but everything was functional and to be expected for the rate we paid. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!
