    Beautiful granite counters accent the fully equipped kitchen. Sharpen your inner master chef skills and prepare home-cooked meals. Brew your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise from your spacious Gulf Front patio. The balcony decking is brand new as well (Jan 2020).

    Plus the COMPLEX & POOL are RENOVATED!! Recently upgraded pool decking, siding and roofs for complex (March 2018);

    Ocean Reef 701 is a spacious, 3-story gulf front vacation town house accommodating 8-10 guests.

    Ocean Reef is situated in a prime location along Alabama's beautiful gulf coast and easy walking distance to the center of town.

    3BR/2.5BA beach front home has 2 balconies, one off the living room, one off the master bedroom, overlooking the beach and gulf, with staircase leading down to the white sand beach. This fully equipped home has D/W, W/D, 4 TVs (All large Flat Screens)/2 Blueray DVDs, icemaker and all appliances. Parking for 2 cars covered - Permit required ($40/vehicle); Parking pass(es) will be purchased on-site at the guard shack, which is located in front of the pool, after 4pm CT. The parking pass must be purchased with cash only. BBQ area next to gorgeous pool.
