Ocean House #2403 Condo

Ocean House #2403 is a non-smoking, direct ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in Gulf Shores. It is located on the 4th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The unit is approximately 920 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.

This unit is under new ownership beginning May 2023. Owner will provide code for check-in and will be available during your stay for questions or concerns.

No pets allowed.

*This unit has sliding glass doors. Security bars are provided in the main closet for additional child safety.

Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 25. This unit Sleeps 6.

Beachside is the best for views and keeping road noise to a minimum. Great beach for daily walks. Walk or drive to a variety of restaurants for all tastes and price ranges.

Beautiful condo

The condo was great. It was exactly as described. The location was perfect. Access to the beach was easy and very close. There is a large, walk-in pool. Staff was regularly visible. The condo host responded to questions very quickly, both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
