Morning View by GSVR | Luxury Beachfront w/ Pool, Elevator & Handicap Access + FREE Activities/Golf
- Morning View is a gorgeous new luxury 9 bedroom, 11.5 bath custom beachfront home with elevator and private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. It has living rooms on each of the 3 levels and includes a handicap friendly bedroom and bath (shower has 1.5" curb).
Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).
The main floor has an enormous great room with an expansive living area, a 16' dining table that seats 16-20 guests, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a large island that seats 8. This level also includes 2 King bedrooms, each with a private bath, a half bath near the pool, and a laundry. The elevator reaches all floors.
The main floor porches offer outdoor dining, seating, your private heated pool, and a dune walkover to the sugar-white Gulf Shores beach. Underneath you find a big grill, a long picnic table and more shaded seating and outdoor living space.
The middle floor has 4 bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 that each have a Pair of Queens). All open to beachside porches. The West King on this floor has a handicap friendly bath (right by the elevator). The family room on this level has multiple seating areas, a big TV, and amazing floor to ceiling views that span from the Gulf to the south to Little Lagoon on the north. Each bedroom has a private bath. You'll also find a half bath in the hall, plus a laundry room.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms (2 that each have a King plus a built-in XL Twin Daybed, 1 with a Pair of Queens). Each has a private bath. You'll also find a spacious light-filled family room, a laundry, another full bath, and a cool nook with 2 built-in XL Twin Daybeds plus 2 XL Twin Trundles.
Located in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, you'll have 100' of beautiful private beach but be just minutes from Gulf Shores restaurants, shops and attractions.
Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25. We do rent to schools and churches. Hangout Festival: Note adult occupancy max of 24, everyone must be over 25 or traveling with their parent, $2000 refundable deposit is required.

Our large family of 30 stayed here and it was so amazing. Right on the beach, shower and spigot outside for rinsing sand and private pool. Would definitely stay here again. It had two fridges and an under counter ice maker. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this house! Amazing views and tons of space for our group of 25 aging from 1-72. Great location! House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

We celebrated our yearly family reunion at Morning View. We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

Five Days did not seem long enough to enjoy the GORGEOUS and well kept Morning View Beach Home. The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

We have rented the same house for several years. We have never had any major issues...this year was just an issue with an ac drain pan and the maintenance personnel came immediately and took care of it. The personnel have always been nice and easy to work with/talk to. The house is beautiful and well maintained.

Wow! What a great week we had at this beautiful beach house. From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the amenities, layout, cleanliness, views, etc.... Our extended family of 12 had an amazing time. From our 90 year old matriarch, to our newest 3 month old addition, there was plenty for everyone. We all had our own spaces to relax, play games, read, watch movies, sleep, fish, swim, cook, and the list goes on. We can’t think of another thing we could have asked for. We had a few things we needed in the house that were not there when we arrived, and the management was SUPER responsive to our needs! The service was great! This house and the management team exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to revisit this beach house with our family!

Amazing Property right on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I loved the big couch and kitchen table so that everyone could be together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had lots of extras, ice maker was a plus! The elevator made it convenient to load and unload. Great views of the beach from the house and pool. Even when you were in the pool, you felt like you were at the beach. Beds were comfortable and AC worked fantastic. The only downside were the biting flies the first few days made being on the beach miserable. We had to use insect repellent on top of our sunscreen. Even at the house they were bad. We discovered that when the wind blows from the North, they blow in from the bay area. The wind changed and it improved the rest of the week.

This is a great house for multiple families. Having washer/dryer on each of the three floors was a plus. Great views of the beach and ocean from the balconies. The kitchen has everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. We would rent this house again in the future.

This was our 3rd stay with Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals. Each one has been better that the last. GSVR are some friendly folks and very easy to work with. We love Gulf Shores AL and we're always impressed with GSVR. Morning View is a beautiful house. Lots of room and we need it because there's a lot of us. Gulf Shores is our favorite vacation location and we've already booked the same house for next year!

We stayed for the week with 3 families -- 6 adults and 16 children, ages 1 to 13. We have stayed in many beach homes over the years, and this one was the best by far! The house was in excellent condition and very, very clean on arrival. The heated pool was AMAZING to have right on the deck, overlooking the beach and ocean, which was only steps away. The setup of the bedrooms worked excellent for our group, and we could have easily slept more people. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an abundance of living space for everyone to spread out and chill when we weren't at the beach or pool. The management company was extremely responsive and answered any questions/concerns within minutes, providing excellent service. Would highly, highly recommend -- 10/10!

This is a wonderful property in a great location, far enough away that we almost had a private beach but close enough to run out if need be. Highly recommend this house. The only issue we had was the pool was supposedly heated to 88 but never got above 72. Made it a little hard on the kids. Still would not keep me from coming back. The pool pump just needs to run 24/7 in order to keep the water circulating to keep it warm.
