Modern 2bd 2ba Gulf Shores Condo w Pool & deeded beach access

SEA BREEZE
This 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit is located on second floor(elevator on site) with nice views of beach across the street. With deeded beach access you’re a short walk away from the white sugary sand beach. I would estimate the walk to be about 3 minutes(vrbo is saying 7 but they are routed to the nearest public access not our deeded access)The complex has a crystal blue large circular pool (located directly in the center of complex) with loungers and seating surrounding. The Pool is open until 10PM so you can still enjoy after a long day at the beach. Its great for the whole family. Key-less door entry so no worry of keeping track of a physical key.

The Master room holds a Queen size canopy poster bed.
While Bedroom 2 offers twin loft over top a queen bed.
You can sleep 5 people comfortably here. All rooms have cable television. Free WiFi internet connection while in the unit.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had easy communication with the owner, accommodations were as described, and convenient access to the beach and other amenities. The pool and picnic area were a bonus.

Great spot for a chill beach vacation!

Clean condo with plenty of everything you need for a family vacation for 3! Especially loved that the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook/prepare meals and a keurig for the mornings. There's a blender, too! The beach is a very short walk across the street. Great location!

I recently stayed at this property. The photos provided in the listing matched perfectly, no surprises. Sea Breeze was very clean and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the set up was great, it felt like home. I reached out to Will with some general questions upon arrival and he responded promptly. Definitely going to stay again.

Perfect beach get away

Very cute place! Beds were comfortable and was nice having two bathrooms. You can see the beach accross the street between condos. The building was well maintained, mostly familys there while we were there. Communication was perfect with owner! I’d reccomend bringing toiletries, hand soap, kitchen cloth/towell, dish liquid. There was a laundry pod and dishwasher pod for use. The sofa in living room sits low & would love to see an upgrade to something a bit higher. A/C works great. Overall , a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had some last minute circumstances arise that threatened our whole trip, Host was wonderful accommodating our needs. These accommodations allowed us to have a great trip and we are thankful. Place was clean, good location, quiet building, responsive host, parking spot was good, the no pets policy was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little condo

Kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi and other amenities were great. The A/C did a phenomenal job on a very hot week. Location is great for public beach access, although it's a bit far for a stroll in the heat to some of the local scene, and public parking can get over run very quickly.

Very cute property in a very convenient spot. Unit is in the curved section of this property so some of the furniture does not sit against the walls but overall not an issue. The online booking pictures showed a futon in the living room but was was replaced with two sitting chairs. We will definitely be staying again. I reached out to the owner of the property due to a parking issue and he was very helpful and was quick to respond.
