Beautiful complex the grounds and pool are was great, easy access to the beach. The only problems we had were you have to buy a parking pass and have to print out a copy of the confirmation of paid parking if you don’t have that copy you have to park and physically fill out paperwork, the other is our unit needs to be updated badly very old furniture the couch needs to go to the dump it was very dirty, the bed seem to have new mattress the kitchen did have new appliances but it still needs some TLC , even with all of that we did enjoy our short stay.

The only thing I had a problem with was never being able to get into the hot tub . Same crowd took over the hot tub. I was wandering if there was a sign up sheet to be able to reserve the hot tub for 15-30 min at a time. Other than that it was a very nice stay. But I do know next time I will try to find something not so family oriented and try to find something that is less family and more couple . But it being the first time for my husband to see the beach we both enjoyed our stay.
