Check in was simply entering a code on the door. We were very pleased with the property overall. Everything we needed for our stay was provided (sheets, towels, cooking utensils). 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was dated, but overall a nice, roomy stay. The condo had 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths along with a pull-out sofa....so very roomy. The location was convenient to the "main drag" and a small grocery store and more. I am not sure if it is Expedia or the Property Mgmt that listed, but it says parking is included (It was not....it was $26.88 per car.) and it says direct beach access (Maybe I just interpreted "Direct" differently, but we had to walk 1/4 mile to beach access). For the price and the space, we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location- poorly managed and lack of care for maintenance. It needs a good deep cleaning and management that will keep maintenance and cleanliness in the forefront. It should not have to come from the guest to bring up issues light bulbs so many was out and not working remote control batteries ect The front door dead bolt was very difficult to lock and unlock the door itself needed adjusted gaps all over the place allowing daylight inside and bugs. Bathroom vent fan was is really rough shape making metal on metal noises the amount of dust build up in the ventilation vents was very much noticeable for build up and not being cleaned. When you walked on the tile flooring and the laminated your feet became black and socks would not get clean with bleach it was so bad. For the priceI I paid 1250.00 a week 700.00 is a reasonable rate for the neglect that is known just to the noticing eye I won’t be back to this facility-

The property needs updates. Was clean and okay but no light, no excitement to be there. Need some uodates like new bed coverings, brighter flooring. Was just a drab condo. But did have all needs.

The condo was nice. There is no direct beach access. You have to drive or walk a little ways to get to a public beach. There is also no washer/dryer access inside the condo. The beds were not very comfy. Overall, the condo was clean and the pool is nice. Great location. I was pleased overall with the stay!

This was our first vacation it was amazing! When we go back to the the gulf we will definitely be staying here again. Very clean, and in a great spot if you want to walk around and explore!

The Las Palmas 122 was a cute/cozy place to stay. It's really great that coin laundry facilities are provided for guests use and public beach access is a short half of a mile walk.
