Lani Kai Village 118 is the ideal beach retreat! This condo offers the perfect balance of proximity to town and the tranquility of a spacious, uncrowded beach. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere just steps from the sand without the worry of high prices. Located on the first floor, Lani Kai 118 provides a view of the community pool and is just steps to the local beach access boardwalk. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed plus child-sized bunk beds in the guest bedroom.

Recently refinished, the unit features a cozy, beachy vibe. Lani Kai 118 offers a great location with deeded beach access to the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and Little Lagoon to the north of the complex. This is a quiet section on the famous white sand beaches of Gulf Shores. You'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves rolling up onto the beach. Lani Kai 118 is centrally located, just minutes from popular family attractions like the zoo, amusement parks, OWA, music venues, and The Wharf. Plus, you’re within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Nice and convenient to beach

I booked our stay for my daughter's softball tournament in Foley Alabama. The place was cute and convenient to beach, shopping, and dining. I do recommend packing a sleep mask if you are used to dark rooms for sleep. There are blinds on windows, but the sun and nighttime outdoor lights from condo are brighter than what i am used to. Very clean, and beds were comfortable.

Great location on East Beach, across the street from the beach and a block from Pier 33. We were very happy with this unit which overlooks the pools. It is an end unit which made parking for us a little easier due to overflow spaces being right at the unit. The appliances looked new (microwave sill had plastic film on the door) and the living room furnishings were comfortable and spacious. The owners definitely made good use of the limited space. Dining table had 4 chairs and had 2 stools for the bar. The bedrooms were ok, but appreciate the full bed and twin bunkbeds in second bedroom along with the queen in the master. This setup is harder to find sometimes in this price point. Overall a great experience for our family this trip.
