Unit is located directly across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and you have deeded beach access available at your disposal. Unit is located on the second floor and there are no elevators on site. Equipped with a fully functioning kitchen and pool views, this open concept unit sleeps six guests comfortably. SMART TVs are available for guests to access your own streaming services. You have two pool options, one for adults only and one for everyone else. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit and charcoal grills and tables are located on the property grounds. You are within walking distance to Pier 33, Janino's Pizza, Laurie's by the Beach, Bahama Bobs (re-opening soon), and other great local amenities. Come enjoy all this unit has to offer!

Two parking passes will automatically be charged to your reservation for $50. Passes will be left in your unit and must be displayed for the duration of your stay to avoid towing or booting by security. Labeled parking is located underneath your unit, 204.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay.
