The home features 2 master bedrooms plus a third bedroom that sleeps 4, all of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. The pool is steps away where there is plenty of room for guests to relax.  On the covered balcony guests can enjoy dining outside or just feeling the Gulf breeze. The Gulf State Park is a 4 minute walk from this community as well as several popular restaurants.

About Kissed By The Sun

Kissed By The Sun is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage that also includes a full size sofa sleeper in the living area. The main level features open concept living at its best, featuring a kitchen, dining, living area, and half bathroom. Guests will enjoy family movie night on the 50” LCD Smart TV while they relax on the sectional sofa. The master bedroom is also on this floor. It has a king bed, TV, and a beautiful private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Moving upstairs, the second master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. Down the hall is bedroom #3, this room has a queen bed as well as a twin bunk bed, enough room for 4 people. This bedroom also includes a private bathroom and a mounted TV. 

Outside, guests can enjoy the covered balcony and the community pool. The beach access is 100 steps to the stoplight with a crosswalk that guides you over. The Gulf State Park, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, and many restaurants are all within walking distance.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
