This trip was our first family vacation together. The condo was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. The condo was very clean, newer appliances, and plenty of extra cookware in the kitchen to save money eating in. Quick, easy walk to the beach. Also, the management team was very present and easy to communicate with when needed. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious and great value. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Ample eating utensils, plates and cups. We did have to purchase cooking utensils as these were limited. I did have to soak and rewash pots before use due to cooked on food. Cleaning of the unit was good with 1 exception, the master toilet area had “boogers” on the wall directly on the wall directly in front of the toilet. The stand alone shower in the master had perfect water pressure, the tub shower combo did not have either. The guest tub did not hold water and water pressure was not very good. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of GS but easily accessible.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this area for over 15 years, sometimes the units we rent are better than others. When we arrived the extra parking pass I now had to pay for was not available. I think it is a little overboard for a 6-person three-bedroom unit to have to purchase an extra pass - there was plenty of parking. There were three lights out in the master bathroom, they brought bulbs for two and the last one was never replaced. I believe this is just a rental unit and it could use just a little TLC. When the wind and a little rain picked up from the tropical depression there was water running down the dining room chandelier chain, it was already a little rusty - so this is obviously a long-term problem.
