Stay in this Gulf Shores Townhouse and enjoy the privacy a townhouse has to offer. This bright, sunny, nicely decorated two bedroom and two and one-half bathroom town home, with two levels, is sure to instill beach vacation spirit. It also offers easy access to popular resort attractions you are certain to enjoy. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the living area, where you will find a TV, DVD player. In the kitchen are all the cooking tools you need for making a variety of meals, and close by is a table with six chairs. A small table and chairs on the balcony facilitates fresh air dining while you enjoy the scenery. Your master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a television and DVD player, and balcony access, and a private on suite. The guest bedroom provides a queen size bed, and a set of triple bunks and a semi-private bathroom. The half-bath is conveniently located in the downstairs living area. This town home also offers a washer and dryer for your convenience. Covered parking, and internet access. There is not an elevator located on the property. FREE WIFI. Gulf Shores Townhomes #11 is located at 723 West Beach Blvd. approximately half a mile west of Hwy 59.

This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. You will receive one parking pass with your reservation. If you need to purchase a second pass, please let us know ahead of time. Beach chair rental available for a fee. No trailers.

This Gulf Shores Vacation Rental is a non-smoking unit that does not allow pets.

PLEASE CALL TO BOOK WINTER RENTALS! Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Reviewer Comments: Great amenities ~ easy access to the beach & the pool ~ nice restaurants w/in walking distance ~ condo was very nice, clean, & up-to-date ~ there are LOTS of stairs to carry luggage, groceries, etc up to the condo & then like 16 more stairs up to the bedrooms. Other than all the stairs, it was great! 😊

Family Vacation

We really enjoy our stay, We loved the fact that we could leave the beach chairs/ pool toys in the garage and not have to bring them back in the room… We did have 2 vehicles there and wasn’t aware that it only came with one parking pass until we got our check in information and had to $60 for the 2nd parking pass, I feel this needs to be online when making the reservation

Great Beach Vacation

Perfect location for a family vacation. The townhouse was so close to the beach, it made it easy to walk and carry all of our bags, chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. We loved the garage with water hose for cleaning off our beach chairs every day! This was one of my favorite beach vacations and we are already planning another trip! The property manager quickly responded to any questions by text with great customer service.

Excellent property

This property was fabulous- a hidden gem! Some of the things we loved about this property: carport directly under and private entrance made everything so easy, literally steps to the pool and beach, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well equipped, washer and dryer were excellent. Going to the beach was a breeze and so close. Pool was great and never too crowded, even when there were double red flags at the beach. We walked to dinner every night and didn't have to fight parking at restaurants. Our one complaint would be the king bed- you couldn't sit or roll over without it making loud noises or feeling like it would break in two.

It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was close to some really great restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained and someone came out to service it every day. The staff checked on us to see if we had everything we needed and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m losing count of how many years we’ve stayed in GST 11! I think this was year 15? Same week every year! I love the improvements that have been made recently. The whole complex is a treasure that I hope stays FOREVER! The only negatives were the dead electrical outlets in the bathrooms and other spots and the slow drains in the bathtubs, but I’m confident those issues will be resolved quickly or work-arounds suggested. Sunset Properties was great!!

Would stay again!

The location of this condo is perfect! It’s on the beach close enough to walk back and forth for needs so you don’t need to haul everything to your beach spot. This also sits directly next to the pool area so you can sit on either deck and still not feel too far away from your group. There’s a hose at the condo to wash your feet and beach belongings - super convenient! The master is very spacious and the second bedroom, although not as spacious, has a ton of sleeping space with the triple bunk and queen size bed. There is plenty of closet space to store items and several hangers throughout the upstairs spaces to dry suits and towels. Very well thought out! The kitchen is very small (two adults max in the space) but it has anything needed to cook through the week. We had 8 adult(ish) in our group and we were all able to hang out together in the living room and dining area. The living room has a pullout couch which is also another awesome sleeping space. I was impressed overall with the space and how easily 8 adults coexisted in this condo for a week. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!

Sisters get away!

The TV were the biggest issue. The one in the living room kept resetting. While the two bedroom TVs did not work. The light in the kitchen did not work and a slow drain in the master bath. This could have been a perfect stay if these things were addressed. The cleaning crew rush in and out as I watched them clean the unit next door. It took them less than 15 minutes. We cleaned our own unit. Food in the fridge, microwave dirty, trash under the cabinet and hair all over the master bath.

The cleaning service was by far the worst I’ve ever seen! Especially during extra cleaning precautions that were stated would happen. $180 cleaning fee was a WASTE! The bunk beds were made despite what it advertised. There were dirty clothes in the unit. Hair (lots) in every towel and wash cloths, damp towels folded in master. ! Not vacuumed. Food in silverware drawer. Hair in queen sized bed sheets! I’m not sure they washed anything! I sent numerous emails with no response back! I had to clean everything and buy detergent to wash sheets & towels before we could shower!
