This 600 sq ft one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for a couple or a family traveling with children. It can accommodate up to six people. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a set of tucked-away berth bunks perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

You'll love the coastal cuteness of the furnishings at your fully equipped, vacation-ready condo, which includes your own private balcony, where your view will be of the Gulf of Mexico and nearby pools. Great room, Amazing view

I have stayed on property many of times but this is the first in this room. It was by far the nicest of the rooms I have ever stayed in the appliances , kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room for all extremely clean and well furnished. The entire Gulf shores plantation is going through renovation of the older buildings receiving new patios, sliding doors and windows this room was just renovated last month and is very nice.

I will gladly come back to gulf shore any time. The beach is absolutely lovely and the town has a great charm. However, I will not come back to stay at GSP. I expected to at least have a clean condo, but I didn’t. Towels were dirty and they won’t give you new ones, you have to wash them yourself. If you don’t have quarters you’re out of luck, because the app for the machines doesn’t work. On top of that, the shower had not been scrubbed, and pillows around the unit had dubious looking stains on them. Which, honestly I was willing to overlook because I just wanted to enjoy the wonderful beach and pools. What I can’t overlook were the mice in the unit. The first night they got into the food on the counter, so after that all food had to be kept in the fridge. I also had to clean up their droppings off the counter and floors. When I inquired about what could be done, the answer was that they’re an endangered species and can’t be harmed. Which is absolutely fine, but nowhere was I informed that I had to cohabitate with mice. Lastly, of the list of rules I was given upon check in, none of them were being enforced except for pool closing times. Two stars only because the pools are lovely, and the beach is so close.

Great location but condo needs improvements

Overall our stay was good but it was just me and my 10-year-old child. We didn’t spend much time in the room but if we would have the trip would have been mediocre at best. Upon arrival the place was clean but the fridge was not cold due to it needing repairs (suction did not work), the dishwasher was not useable due to it being dislodged from its location, the sliding screen balcony door would constantly stick, and there was no amenities card in the room. The lady from customer service was very nice and got us an amenity card and the maintenance guy to look at the fridge. There were no repairs made on the fridge during our stay so we used the living room end table to keep the fridge door shut so our food/drinks would remain cold. We were told by maintenance we could tape it shut (find a way to keep it shut) or get a cooler and ice and be reimbursed. We just used the end table which was inconvenient throughout the trip but I didn’t push the issue since it was only me and my child. I also believe the bedding and pillows need to be updated. The sheets felt scratchy/stiff and the pillows were extremely flat. Thankfully the mattress was okay. Currently, I would only recommend this place if they made updates and repairs because the location, views, and price are excellent but the issues during our stay definitely need addressed. I feel like a partial refund is needed to make things right for the issues during our trip. I spent the majority of the first afternoon and morning speaking with customer service and maintenance to ensure they knew all of the issues with appliances and the lack of amenities card were caused before our arrival. If they fix these issues before new guests then this place would be an excellent choice for vacation.

Great condo for a couple.

Great condo for a couple, just needs a few minor improvements. The bedroom needs blackout curtains, the bathroom needs a working outlet and the trim along the bottom of the bathtub is peeling. We enjoyed it and plan on staying there again.

Family Vacation

The property is on a nice resort. It was overall clean. The leather couch is pretty worn. A couple of things that were a slight inconvenience is the washer and dryers take quarters and there was no place to make change on the property. Sassy Bass wouldn’t, local gas station, and Walmart. Bring quarters because the app doesn’t work?! This was our second tine renting this property and we were told we would get a discount at the second rental and no one at Vacassa responded to my message. The view is perfect, the pools are nice, nice place for families to gather. The water was very muddy and merky and we were wondering if it was due to the shrimp boats that were 100 yards out from the beach..??

Love it!

I actually thought I had rented 2101. As I am disabled the 3rd floor room was not for a disabled person that loves the pool. I made it to the pool one day. If there were elevators closer to the end units I would have been able to use the pool more. But having to walk down to the elevators then to the 1st floor then down the steps...it was too much for me. Will not stay on 3rd floor again. Needs a dishwasher but perhaps I am spoiled! Bed was fine.

Couples trip

Cute place, updated and nicely decorated and just big enough for two. Clean besides a little sand on the floor when we walked. Bed was very comfortable but our biggest complaint was the noise from the air conditioning unit in the room BELOW us. Sounds like you’re standing next to a subwoofer at a rock concert all throughout the night, on and off. Didn’t make for a great sleep. The windows in the bedroom also need curtains, it’s very bright in there from the lighting in the hallway outside. The kitchen could also be more well stocked (there were no kitchen towels or oven mitt/pot holders). Overall for the price we paid it was okay and we enjoyed the property as a whole.

Great ocean views and location- clean room

Great location on beach and room probably had one of the best views of all the rooms of beach and pool. Room also located towards end of hall for added privacy ( not lots of foot traffic) and directly across from laundry which was convenient. Another plus was it’s located on top floor(3rd floor) so don’t have to deal with noise from an above condo.
