The property was nice and as described. However, the floors were not clean with sand and other dirt and debris in the main room and in all the bedrooms. The sheets on one of the twin beds were very rough almost felt like paper and made it difficult to sleep on them. The door on the bathroom with the twin beds was very loud when opened or closed with a squeak you could hear all through throughout the condo even in the other bedrooms, so it woke everyone up at night when we had to get up to use the restroom and move that squeaky door. Also, the dishwasher did not work and the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty. The dishwasher had standing water in it, and apparently people had put up the dishes without looking at them because most all had food particles on them and we had to hand wash everything that we wanted to use or reuse. The code on the door was very helpful and we had no problem using it and getting in or out but the cost for parking per car was excessive. Nowhere on the site did it say we would have to pay that much so that was a shock on arrival. All fees should be stated on the reservation site. Overall, a nice place, but definitely need some maintenance and repairs to make it more comfortable.
