Beachfront with Pool! 7 bedrooms! Newly decorated!

  • Recently updated! Grand Sand is one of the BEST properties on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Incredibly decorated with soaring high ceilings, 7 bedrooms (6 private bedrooms, plus bunk/daybed loft, plus upstairs den with sofa bed) and 6 bathrooms, right on the Gulf with private pool! NOT a duplex, this incredible property is ALL YOURS! The location could not be more perfect. It is less than 2 miles from Hwy 59--shops, restaurants, shopping, The Hangout--the heart of Gulf Shores! Yet just far enough away from condos and Hwy 59 for privacy during your beach retreat. Waves store, "Beach House" restaurant, Boudreaux Seafood, Janino's Pizza, and Island Ice Cream are within walking distance of this fabulous property. This home will be one you enjoy year after year. It's hard to leave Grand Sand! This home is perfect for multiple families traveling together due to our three separate areas.
    We have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms plus loft den area with sleeper sofa in upstairs street side with two bathrooms, and queen bedroom and bathroom with bunk/daybed loft in beachside upstairs. Bed/bath layout is follows:
    Queen down beach view with private bath
    Two queens down with hall bath
    King down with private bath(although tub
    has jets, we have them deactivated due to
    Covid)
    King up with private bath
    Two queens up -shares hall bath
    Den loft up with sofa bed -shares hall bath
    Bunk beds and daybed up in beach view loft
    Queen bed beach view with private bath (off bunk/daybed loft).
    We do have front and back security cameras that monitor the entrances and can be reviewed for security issues.
    We have Roku Smart Tvs in each bedroom. Come for the Fall, it's a GREAT time to be at the beach...incredible weather, fewer crowds, and fantastic rates!! Recently renovated!!

GREAT beach house

Great Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Sand! The house fit our needs and it was the perfect location on the beach. Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful spot. The back porch swing was the our favorite spot to relax in the evenings and look at the ocean view. We will be back in the future.

Great house and stay!

We just finished a week at Grand Sands and had a great time! We had an infant, nieces, nephews, teens, parents and grandparents and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped, everyone had plenty of space, and the location and beach were excellent. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful before and during the trip. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Family Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed the trip! Easy access to the beach. Plenty of refrigerator space for a large group. We did not realize we were booking our stay while the Hangout Music Fest was taking place. Almost felt like we were down there for spring break. Will certainly stay again in the future!

A Fun Spring Break!

A group of friends and myself came to gulf shores for spring break and this property was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing (sunsets were so beautiful) and all 22 of us fit comfortably in this home! The owners were so kind and communicative. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to come again!

Sisters trip

Location was great and house was spacious and comfortable. Communication and check-in was perfect. In spite of double red flags, we enjoyed the beach and were so happy to have the nice pool. Hope to visit again! Thanks Monica and Ginger, it was such a fun time!

Turning 80 and 21

Grand Sand Beach House could not have been better for our family of 16! The public spaces were exactly what we needed to celebrate two birthdays and there were great “pod” spaces for sleeping and privacy. The bathrooms were great and well placed! Thank you for an unforgettable celebration vacation!

Great property!!! Lots of room,clean & well stocked. We can’t wait until we can go back !!! S & S seafood across the street & it’s wonderful!! Great location!!! My 7 year old granddaughter cried Because she never wanted to leave. This is an House we had a blast.

Perfect getaway

The house was amazing, large areas to congregate as a group plus small areas to get away from others. The upstairs is split, each having their own staircase. Fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very responsive. It was the perfect getaway for my 50th birthday with family, could not have asked for a better birthday!

Great Beach Front Property!

We had enough room for 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 21 months to 11 years old. Two refrigerators, great back porch with swing and pool. Steps away from the beach. If we needed anything, the response time was outstanding! Thanks for a great family vacation! June 2024

Beautiful home!

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful view as well. Very clean all the way around, comfortable beds, got all checked in and the blender didn’t work and I called the host and we had a new blender in less than 2 hours. We also got married on Thursday 10/24/24 at the property and it was amazing!!!!!! I would rate this property 10/10! It was fabulous!!!! Would definitely stay again.

50th wedding anniversary

This VRBO experience was beyond any of our expectations. From the initial contact with the owners, the online payment schedule to the stay at Grand Sand. We had 8 adults and 7 Grandchildren who enjoyed this beautiful home on the beach at Gulf Shores. Words cannot begin to express the accommodations and all that Grand Sand offers. The bar has bet set awfully high for our first VRBO experience. Thank you to the owners who made our 50th anniversary one we will never forget.

Great BIG birthday trip

We had a group of 8 celebrating our 60th birthday at this wonderful home. It was perfect for a group. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and 2 refrigerators! The house was clean, plenty of outdoor seating and beach chairs too. We loved having the beach and the pool! We had a bag tournament during a rainstorm (bags game, grills and picnic table under home). Great little restaurant bar and liquor store and convenience store across the street. We rented bikes and many more places to go in riding distance. Our host was very responsive. We all recommend the Grand Sands for a great vacation.

Beautiful Beach Stay

The beach was beautiful. The house was nicely decorated. And we had a great time. Communication with managers (there seem to be two different ones) before our stay was difficult, and the house needed a little attention. Our bedroom had light bulbs missing. A cookie sheet was very unclean. There were no bath mats in any bathrooms. Two trash bags for a group of 14 for 3 nights?

Can’t wait to come back

We take a beach vacation every 2 years as a family. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and Grand Sand surpassed our expectations. The owners were very responsive to our questions/needs. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and plenty of room for 10 adults and 7 kids. The beach was amazing!! Calm water and never crowded/fighting for a spot. The beach toys, hammock, swings, and porch swing were an added touch that the kids enjoyed! So many dolphins swimming by all day, every day and a turtle nest right in front of the house. We can’t wait for our next trip to Grand Sand!!

Amazing beach house

We had a group of 20 family members ranging from 3 years old to 57 and we all had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and it never felt crowded. The house has private "wings" so one set of stairs leads to a few bedrooms and another set of stairs leads to more bedrooms, so if felt pretty private for the different families. The pool was perfect for everyone, it was definitely warm but thats to be expected in August! The house being right on the beach was the biggest plus. It can be a little bit of a trek to the water when the tide is out but the sand didnt get too hot and was so soft. The beach in front of the house has a sandbar when the tide is out, which worked out well for us with the little kids. There was a TON of beach toys and floaties under the house which we loved. Communication with the host was easy and quick, she was super responsive and great to work with. We had such a great time, thank you for allowing us to stay!
