The extra-large TVs in the living room and bedroom are a big plus for entertainment while you visit the beach. There are berth bunks for children, plus a sofa bed. Highly recommend!

We had no issues getting into our unit. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Definitely recommend! Easy walk to your car or to the beach and in a quiet spot.

Nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice place, clean and neat. Only issue is that the wifi is unsecured. Would suggest putting a password to keep it secure. We would like to stay here again. Nice view and easy beach access.

The condo was clean and tidy, however the building needs a bit of maintenance and the pool area as well. The manager was great and she checked in with us to make sure that everything is good. Easy access to the beach and close to main attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was cute and really clean. There were a few issues we had, the fridge was warm when we got there so the food and drinks we brought took over 8 hours to get cool. Once it got cold we had no problems. Another issue was the laundry machine. We used the detergent that was there for us and the clothes were still dirty/got a weird smell to them and the dryer didn’t dry our clothes after two 40 minute cycles. Lastly, the garbage disposal in the sink let out an extremely fishy scent when turned on. Despite these few things our stay was really nice and we would stay again.

Location, Location, Location

We love Vacasa! Communication is excellent. Pros: Location, balcony, elevator, beach colors interior, comfy furniture and comfy bed, shower has good water pressure, 2 box fans under bunks, monster tv in bedroom, large tv in living room, new stove Cons: old, needs fresh paint, small refrigerator, tiny twin blanket for king bed, no cookie sheet, needs spoons & scissors, small pool, thin walls.

Not what I thought it would be

Very cramped for 2 adults 2 kids and a toddler. I would not recommend the price for a week stay. It was very outdated. The toaster was broken. The pull out couch was broken. Took forever the cool the room down. Cracks in the ceiling. Stove took forever to preheat. The tvs were big, the bed was pretty comfy, & the view was great. The room sign was not even on the door. The dumpster down stairs had trash all the way out to the road it was very nasty. The elevator stunk daily. Was not given the pool and beach access code after a 45 minute wait and trying to figure it out over the phone with the number provided the lady finally figured it out for us. I was very disappointed honestly.

Stay Away From This One!

Out of every place I have rented in the past this would be the sole one on the list that I would NEVER go back to again. Upon arrival the unit had no clear indication that it was the correct one, so after punching in the door code, and hoping we wouldn’t be waking anyone up trying to get in their place, the door did open. We were then greeted by the wonderful smell of moldy air. Entered into the unit and were greeted visually by large mold stains on the ceiling, and just a rather musky and dirty feeling. The carpet felt too dirty to walk on with bare feet, and the couch had an odd smell and feel to it as well. The sheets were all clean and the bed was pretty comfortable, but the bathroom is in a state of much needed repair. TP holder dangling off the counter, all the walls beat up and dirty, and a shower that literally looked as it was falling apart. For what we paid I have the expectation that a unit will at least meet certain standards. This unit met ZERO, and really needs to be tested for mold. I would never stay in this unit, any other unit in this building or any other unit managed by this company again based upon our recent visit.

Great place bad elevator

Loved the location and the space was perfect, a washer and dryer (functioning) would have been nice but the rate compensated. Very clean and we enjoyed the view. The elevator went out twice and I’m 73 so I’m glad we were not on a higher floor!

A Nice Place

It was easy to find. The instructions on getting in the condo was helpful. The only question we had was where to to find the place to dispose of our trash. Otherwise, all was great. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
