GULF VILLAGE #206 - NEWLY REMODELED. You'll love this comfortable, clean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, gulf front condo at Gulf Village condominiums. This property sits directly on the beach with a gorgeous unobstructed front view of the Gulf and the pool. The full size wood deck is right outside the entrance door of this unit.
This large deck has plenty of room for dining and entertaining rather then a small balcony. This complex has a very wide beach frontage which is conveniently located just a few steps away from your unit. Also, this is one of a few properties that has rights to The Little Lagoon as well as a 2nd pool, which is located in the Gulf Villas.

Celebrated the 4th of July at the beach!

We had a great stay, only regreat is not being able to stay longer. Quaint, clean, great beach and pool access, and most everything you need for your stay. Perfect for two. Parking can be tight so consider using midsized vehicles if you have a choice, also you'll be using stairs to access your unit, pack accordingly. Thanks!

Fabulous place - right on the beach!

I booked this trip for my daughter for her college graduation trip getaway! She loved this place! It was right on the beach. The balcony was big and cozy and the place was so clean with all the amenities you would need for your stay. Great communication by the hosts. After her stay I’m ready to book next. Definitely would recommend.

Efficiency condo close to everything

Our condo was small but well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped also. The bathroom was larger than most condos at Gulf Shores so that was a bonus. The bedroom only has a divider wall with louvres between it and the sitting area with no door to close, so it's best for two people if privacy is important. We had a lovely view of the Gulf from our balcony. The condominium was quiet at night too. A nice place to stay for our four-day mini vacation.

Charming decor in this super clean condo. We enjoyed walking on the pier on the bay side, too, in addition to the gorgeous beach. One downer is the 2 flights of stairs and no elevator, which made it a little harder to carry luggage. There’s also no bathrooms around the shower/pool area other than going up to the room. *Overall great place to stay in a wonderful location.

Great weekend!

Scott and Tina are amazing hosts! We had a very brief power outage overnight (nobody’s fault) and Scott even communicated with us and looked into it at 1:00AM. The condo is amazing and the perfect size for a great trip away together. The view from the deck is unreal, make sure to have breakfast outside each morning!

Very nice, clean, and everything in the listing was right on. Only problem with our stay was the rain, no fault of owners, but the drainage system of Gulf Shore sucks. We had to wade thru 2 in of water in the parking area to get to our car. It didn't seem to be just his place , it was all over town.

Condo was exactly as described! The view of the Gulf was beautiful and the location was perfect. Close enough to everything, but not in the busier area of Gulf Shores. Space was recently updated and has everything you would need. Spent 6 nights at a different condo before moving to this one, and I wish I had booked this condo for the entire vacation. Host was exceptionally friendly and gave very clear details on the check-in/out process. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Location Location

This studio condo was perfect choice for our stay due to location! It was oceanfront and offered a view with direct access to the beach. The owner made the checkin process flawless and was very responsive to any questions or issues during the stay. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Beach chairs were provided as well and we were able to use this as a nice base for all the places we visited - Pensacola, Perido Key, Orange Beach, National seashore, Gulf Shores State Park- during the one week stay. This is very close to many good restaurant options. I would return here on another visit to the Gulf Shores area.
