This stunning 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath penthouse spans the entire 6th floor and is designed for both comfort and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open living space with natural light, while a spacious sectional and large Smart TV create the perfect gathering spot. The dining area seats 12, and the expansive kitchen features two islands, premium appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain with ease.

Step outside to enjoy both a private terrace overlooking the city and a wraparound balcony with incredible Gulf views, accessible from every bedroom. Each of the six king suites includes a Smart TV, private balcony access and a beautifully designed ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. The primary suite offers a spa-like retreat with a soaking tub, dual shower, double vanity and even a Smart TV for ultimate relaxation.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas, and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to the 7th-floor hospitality area with games, space to relax, or the perfect spot to watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Penthouse at Gulf Place during Shrimp Fest. We were within walking distance of several shops and restaurants and were able to hear alot of the music from the balcony. Enjoyed being able to take time to go thru all of the vendors. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room. We will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Place. It had everything we needed and was close to all the things to do. We stayed 5 days and did as much or as little as we wanted. The views are spectacular. Amazing Experience

We booked the penthouse unit because we were bringing 8 high school girls down for the Girls Engaged in Math and Science Expo. The penthouse was ideal for such a large group. Each of the three chaperones had a room, and then the girls shared three rooms and the living room. Everyone had plenty of space, and the kitchen was perfect! The dining room table became a hub where they could prepare their project for their presentation. The space was ideal. Some of the girls had never seen the beach so the location made that experience one that was life-changing. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer!

My group of 17 could not be more pleased with Lucky Bird Vacations and Gulf Place Condos! From start to finish, top to bottom, the 6th fl Penthouse and 5th fl condo were loaded with awesome perks. We loved the coozies, games, wristbands (*they don't loosen so put on loosely first!* some used our ankles) and the binder was helpful when it came time to check out. Everything was very clean except for a few dishes but no big deal, Penthouse has not one but TWO dishwashers, fridges, and washer/dryers. (Plus it seemed to be from previous visitors, not cleaning crew) We loved having en suites for everyone - even without a big group it's just great. Connecting balconies were also a great feature and very safe for the littles. Didn't use the pool because of windy weather, but the 7th floor rec room was a great hangout area. Being so private yet right next to The Hangout and right on the beach couldn't have been a better location! I disagree with other reviewers about parking being negative - at most, I'd say it's slightly inconvenient. It's the closest lot available and you can see half of the parking lot as long as you're not on the corner beach side west end of the building. There are about 8 spots for the loading zone right in front & plenty of carts for luggage, groceries, beach needs, etc. This place is such a gem. We're already planning dates to go back next year!

January 2024 Weekend in the Gulf Place Penthouse

The bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas very spacious and have great views from every room. Accommodations in the kitchen are very good, especially the very large refrigerator. Like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Deck and balcony space were great. Improvement opportunities: - Not enough seating in the living room for a unit that accommodates 12 people. - There are no shelves in the shower for shampoo/soap/etc., nor are there grab bars. - Slide bolt on the door leading to the trash chute does not work, so it could not be secured (anyone with keypad combination can enter). There was also some glitter near the door that had not been cleaned. - There were some Styrofoam beads (packing material?) on the floor of the primary bedroom. - One of the thermostats had a black screen and thus not usable. The living area got very cold when all bedrooms were warm with doors closed. - The pool was not heated as described on the website. - One of the two closets in the kitchen should be converted to a pantry with shelving. The third closet with the kitchen trash can had a couple of shelves. - The beds are very high off the ground. Some people may need a step stool to get on and off. It could be stored in the bedroom closet. - Lots of outdoor furniture cushions were stored in the corner of the game room. A better storage location for this would be good. - There are a few activities in the game room. More options here would be good. - The parking location next to Surf Style is a bit far from the unit. And the cross walk is at a very busy intersection, so it takes a long wait to get across the street. We loved our stay at this location. The access to the beach was very quick and convenient.

This property is right in the heart of Gulf Shores! We enjoyed the balconies that viewed the beautiful beach & the city life as well! It is right next to multiple shops and restaurants and accessible by walking. Parking is across the street so plan extra time for arrival and departure.
