This is a lovely condo close to everything. The beach is at your door step to enjoy or stop in at the pool for a dip. Great views of palm trees, sand and lots of water from the balcony or the Living Room. Free Wifi to keep you connected with the family. Easy access by stair or the elevator as this condo is conveniently located on the first floor. One flight of stairs above the ground. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, entertainment close by. One restaruant in right next door and others are in walking distance. Come and enjoy a restful week at the beach. You will enjoy! Master has a King bed and private Bath. Second bedroom has a Queen bedroom and hall Bath. There is a pull out sofa in the Living Room. Full sized washer and dryer. Well stocked Kitchen. Lots of parking.

Beach front bliss!!!

Great condo and great location. It had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with nice layout. It had fun beach decor and plenty of room. It also has front row beach and pool access. The private balcony with beach view was great for drinking coffee in the mornings and cocktails at night. My grandson (4years) had so much fun in the pool and on beach. The provided carts and elevators made loading and unloading a breeze. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The condo was well stocked and the owner was very responsive. The location was perfect. Will definitely be booking again!

My family had a wonderful beach vacation here. The host was super nice and great communication. The condo is literally steps from the beach with great view! Restaurants and activities are super close as well. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this location! Great spot and because it’s a smaller condo, it was less busy in front of the beach! Short distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. My kids loved the pool area! We will most definitely be back!

Summer 2024

We had a very nice time. The condo was very convenient. It is very clean with up to date furnishings. There is NOT a weird smell anywhere, that’s huge for me!!!! Even though older the property is well maintained and I would stay here again because of that. I like the area better than orange beach. The neighborhood felt very safe and low key. Beach chair rental is very easy. We also bought other beach things at a near by dollar general. I would recommend leave for dinner early if you go late it may be a wait. It is located a short distance to the Hang Out. We enjoyed live music and the food at Flora Bama. There is a nice view from the balcony and if you don’t do stairs there is an elevator. The front door lock is tricky and the door to the laundry room annoying. The master bedroom does not get as cool as the rest of the condo unless you leave the door open and the fan on, it does cool and I was comfortable. There was also a box fan in the closet and that was a great perk. The condo is not crowded and parking is easy. This is so much better than a high rise and there is a family atmosphere. We didn’t use either, but there is a nice grill and a pool. It’s a good experience. There were a few laundry and dishwasher pods but you will need to bring extra if you stay over 3 nights, same w toilet paper and paper towels. The floor is tile and easy to sweep. The condo will accommodate up to 5 people, and was way bigger than the two of us needed. We would recommend,I hope this is helpful

Location was amazing! Loved no elevator waits and a short walk to the beach! Not crowded at all, loved that. Condo was smaller than the newer condos and the kitchen was very tight. Needs new ventilation vents over toilets as they were so loud rattling we couldn’t use them. That is our only complaint. Definitely recommended 100 percent.
