Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Great location, friendly staff

If you want to stay close to the action, this is the place. Walk to just about everything. Front desk recommended several great restaurants. Beach and pool right out front. Enjoyed our stay!

The room and accommodations were great. The location of the condominium was perfect right in the heart of the city. The only downside was the waiting for the elevators and access to them. It’s understandable that it is crowded and it will take a minute to get to your floor but it still sucked waiting for one.

Perfect for a short getaway with my husband, however, the room smelled of smoke and mildew even though it was a non smoking room. Otherwise, it was great price and location for being on the beach with a pool!

Property as advertised

The pictures did reflect this rental. Facility and room were very clean and the room had comfortable beds. This suite is very small and opening doors seemed to block walkways because of narrow space availability. In my opinion, the bunk beds would not accommodate a large person and were really meant for mid-age school children, about age 7 to teen. We had issue with air conditioning 1st night but the maintenance came to check by 10am next working and had issue resolved quickly. Overall this was a nice location and walking distance to many restaurants. Can't not express enough how very clean the room and entire facility was - well above standards - even stairwells were very clean.

This facility exceeded my expectations. The images on the website were accurate. There were no surprises. The parking, the beach access and the proximity to food, grocery, entertainment,pharmacy etc was second to none. The units were fresh clean updated and comfortable. Housekeeping and staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for Stress free and pleasant vacation stay.

Loved the condo! Had a great stay and was perfect walking distance to the beach. Was right off the main streets so bad easy access to food and shops. Is situated in a perfect spot on the beach without any other condos too near, so beach area was not crowded in front of our condo. Great views. Would definitely stay here again.
