Wow, check out the view from Sunchase 302! Searching for the perfect family vacation? This cozy comfortable 2 BR 1 Bath Condo, located along the Gulf of Mexico and just steps from the white sandy beach, offers everything you need for a memorable vacation! This recently updated & elegant beachside complex is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside your front door. Beach essentials like beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels are provided to assure you have an AMAZING beach experience! There are also a grocery/convenience store, ice cream parlor, seafood market and restaurant right across the street. The pool is heated all year and includes a hot tub.

We provide parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #302. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis.

Yearly Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Sunchase 302. Everything was as described and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and the short walk to the beach. If you don’t like stairs this is not the place for you. If you don’t mind, it is well worth the climb for the view alone! A few tips: if you are picky about your frying pan bring your own and also bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be back!

Quick fall break moms get away. This was the very best location, the unit was cute, clean and safe and had everything we needed.

was a girls trip. age range was 23-52. stairs were hard for couple but once you get up there and see that view it makes it worthwhile. one of us counted and from the top of the steps, to where we sat on the beach, it was 200 steps!!, close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, souvenir shops. etc. plenty of room for us five for sleeping and visiting. there are a few beach items avaliable for use and the view from the balcony was amazing!. communication with Patti was always prompt. will definitely keep this in mind if we visit again

Amazing stay !

We just got back from a 4 night stay ! The place is clean , comfortable and well stocked, beds were good, loved the washer and dryer and the view is amazing! You are so close to the beach ! I want to say a few things about this place . I’m a big review reader . The one thing I saw on reviews is the stairs , we knew it was third floor and I checked with the family, my girls are 18 and 24 . No problem on the stairs . Rather go to 3 rd floor with stairs than wait for an elevator 10 stories at a big condo resort with a bunch of people . The beach isn’t as congested here either as it is down with the big high rises. In reviews I’ve noticed everything that has been brought up has been fixed . One complained about hooks , now there are hooks in 3 of the rooms , one complained about pots and pans , they are all brand new now , we didn’t use but saw that . One complained about the beach chairs and there s brand new one out there . One said something about hot water but we all four showered in a row . No problem! Would recommend 💯
