  • Looking for a simple, laid back, affordable vacation in an unbeatable Gulf Shores location? This is the property for you! An easy walk to public beach access only a block away! Enjoy partial lagoon views from the deck. Paved walking trail on W. Lagoon Ave. This home features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room making it perfect for a couple or small family. One full bathroom upstairs and a full bath with a shower in the laundry room downstairs. Updated kitchen equipped with the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal. Mini split and window unit heating and cooling. Wi-Fi and smart tv's are available - no satellite or cable. Popular Gulf Shores restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within minutes of this property. Come enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS

    * Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
    * Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, and fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.
    * Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
    * Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.
