Driftwood Towers 5F is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 5th floor, with stunning Gulf-front views. Just ½ mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit provides a relaxing and convenient coastal getaway.

• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Carpet is in the bedrooms, with tile throughout the remainder of the unit.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats six, with two additional barstools for extra seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper for additional guests.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The property was exactly as listed. Amazing view of the gulf. Its location is convenient to stores, restaurants, marina and of course the beach. The pool was clean and the property was well maintained. We will be returning for sure. The only downside is we should have booked it for longer!

Great getaway!

We booked this trip last minute when a hurricane canceled our original trip. The condo was perfect, right on the beach and we were able to walk to restaurants and the Shrimp Festival that was going on. We definitely want to come back!

Easter Break 2025

Check-in was easy. Parking was abundant. Elevators always worked. Loved the oceanfront condo. Plenty of utensil/dishes/pots and pans. Our grandkids loved the beach being so close. Our queen bed was a little soft but it's all in sleeping preference.

Amazing time

My 2 sons and I had an awesome time. The place was awesome with great access to the beach, an amazing view, and close enough to anything we needed. The condo was roomy for just the 3 of us. Check in was a breeze. Overall we loved it and and would like to come back some day.

Beautiful location

The condo building is a bit older but well maintained. The specific condo was good. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and could use replacing. Large TV was great. The central location is great. We walked to most restaurants. The beach is right out the building. We often saw dolphins in the water.

We had a great stay at Driftwood 5F. It’s a great condo. The furnishings were good and everything was clean and ready to go. The bathrooms are in need of a little updating. A walk in shower would be a big advantage. But overall great condo we enjoyed for the week. We will likely book again in the future.

Our stay was one of the best. Condo is laid out really well. And the kitchen is one of the most stocked I’ve ever seen. Kitchen is small but still enough room for 2 people to cook in. The balcony and view were great. You won’t be disappointed. Also updates to bedding and wall paint color have been done that aren’t on the website. They look great and add to the condo. We were very pleased with our stay. Will definitely go back!!

Good location

The condo we rented at Driftwood Towers was in a great location. Many things were within walking distance. Being located right on the beach was awesome. The condo itself needs updating. The living room furniture is very tired and should be replaced. Staying there for 30+ days really emphasized this. There was very little noise from other units except for the scrapping of the kitchen chairs. For dome reason this sound traveled well and we heard it often. The management company was easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions.

Visiting Gulf Shores is always a delight for us. This particular trip came at a much-needed time following the loss of my mother in August—it was a necessary reset for me. Among all the places to stay in Gulf Shores, this condo in 5F has become my cherished home away from home, likely due to the comfort of familiarity. During our stay, we encountered bands of rain from Hurricane Francine, which had struck hundreds of miles away. Despite this, Itrip promptly addressed some of the other issues we faced, thanks especially to Donna and Ariel who were fantastic in resolving our concerns. Eventually, the sun graced us with its presence towards the end of our trip. Looking ahead, I would love to see a hammock on the balcony for nights spent drifting away to the ocean waves. Inside, there are plenty of games and puzzles tucked away in the TV stand—perfect for those rainy days. I recommend visiting the Holmes Medical Museum just up the road in Foley; adjacent to it is a delightful coffee shop. As nurses ourselves, exploring the museum, Baldwin County's first hospital from 1936 to 1958, was a fascinating experience. Until our next visit, Gulf Shores, you remain in our hearts.

Condo was great location and check in and daily communication was wonderful. I would recommend getting a Keurig in lieu of of traditional coffee pot. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was no back-up from the rolls on the spools. The master bedroom should be looked at as there looks to be mold on the edge of the ceiling/wall above the dresser.
