Caribbean 703 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is a one bedroom, one a a half bathrooms, with a king size bed that is calling your name! This unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, 2 children and even your family dog (one small dog, additional fee)! There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds that offer extra sleeping space for your family. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, children only please!) Stay connected while you are away with the WiFi, two TVs, VCR and DVD players, and stereo system that Caribbean 703 is complete with! Enjoy your coffee in the morning with a Keurig dual coffee maker. Or enjoy a cocktail in the evening on your private beach front balcony! The fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit provide the comfort and amenities of home while you are away. The location of this property is perfect with its calm and quiet of being away from town yet in very close proximity to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

This property has easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast while also providing you with both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally). Other amenities that Caribbean offers are steam room, sauna, exercise room, BBQ grills and an elevator for ease of access. Please, No Smoking.

Great location, recently updated, new and quick elevator, great views of the ocean, could sit by pool and still see the beach and hear the waves crash and sea gulls chirp. Being able to take my fur baby to a great location was the most important thing to me. The manager and staff were very helpful. I definitely plan to go back

Amazing Getaway

Dog friendly condo was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach trip as did our teacup Yorkie! The weather, although very hot, along with the location of the unit was perfect! Gorgeous beach view from the balcony! Can't say enough good things about the property manager! They checked on us several times and we're quick to respond. Would not hesitate to rent thru them again - or go back to the same unit! Thank you for such a great vacation!

The location was amazing, walk to the beach was fast and great communication with property manager/owner. The actual condo itself could’ve been cleaner. I bought sheets from Walmart because the sheets didn’t seem too clean. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, hair on the shower wall and a razor was left out from a previous stay.

The beach stay

The location was great, the cleaning was not up to par. We had dirty sheets that we had to wash before we could go to sleep. Sand in everything, but expected, but it smelled in ever room like dog pee and they did it on every rug in the place, we had a small dog and we would never let our dog do that anywhere, when we left the apartment she went in the crate. Other than that we had a good time

I can’t say enough good working with them for that personal touch However disappointed that the owner had not made any upgrades. There was a new matress. But being a Snowbird and older I had made mention that at least one bathroom have a tall toilet and the living room furniture is no good. I have every pillow in the condo on the couch and chair to make it comfortable to sit on.

The property has aged and not been maintained. On our first full day the elevator was out for about 6 hours and our condo was on the 7th floor. Not a relaxing day. The next day, we needed an extra parking pass and they made me pay $23 for an extra vehicle to park at Bender parking lot. Seems like they could have comped the parking due to the elevator issue. We will look for different options next year.

The property was clean and well maintained and the rental company was helpful whenever we had questions. Our only complaint about the stay was the the bed was not very comfortable. It seemed like it was a much older spring mattress. The couch was not comfortable to sit on either. We had to add extra pillows as we seemed to collapse into it. But overall, even with the bed and the couch we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, it was 8pm. We were tired. We walked into the condo to a musky smell. The couch cushions were upright drying. Once we turn down air it got better. The commode in the master bath was spraying water, we could not use. The sink in hall bathroom had no water. The hall closet door was broken and would not slide close. We called Bender and they sent a plumber right away to fix those problems. There is no bad day at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room we were on was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was very clean. The only thing i can say that was a negative was the smell of the trash coming from the dumpster at the main entrance into the condo.. we will definately stay here again.
