Caribbean 703 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is a one bedroom, one a a half bathrooms, with a king size bed that is calling your name! This unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, 2 children and even your family dog (one small dog, additional fee)! There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds that offer extra sleeping space for your family. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, children only please!) Stay connected while you are away with the WiFi, two TVs, VCR and DVD players, and stereo system that Caribbean 703 is complete with! Enjoy your coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening on your private beach front balcony! The fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit provide the comfort and amenities of home while you are away. The location of this property is perfect with its calm and quiet of being away from town yet in very close proximity to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

This property has easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast while also providing you with both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally). Other amenities that Caribbean offers are steam room, sauna, exercise room, BBQ grills and an elevator for ease of access. Please, No Smoking.

Great location, recently updated, new and quick elevator, great views of the ocean, could sit by pool and still see the beach and hear the waves crash and sea gulls chirp. Being able to take my fur baby to a great location was the most important thing to me. The manager and staff were very helpful. I definitely plan to go back

Beautiful view of the gulf and great location. Overall the condo was nice. The updates it did have were nice. Could use a few more updates. Definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Amazing Getaway

Dog friendly condo was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach trip as did our teacup Yorkie! The weather, although very hot, along with the location of the unit was perfect! Gorgeous beach view from the balcony! Can't say enough good things about the property manager! They checked on us several times and we're quick to respond. Would not hesitate to rent thru them again - or go back to the same unit! Thank you for such a great vacation!

Could be cleaner

The location was amazing, walk to the beach was fast and great communication with property manager/owner. The actual condo itself could’ve been cleaner. I bought sheets from Walmart because the sheets didn’t seem too clean. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, hair on the shower wall and a razor was left out from a previous stay.

Poorly Maintained

Location great! When we arrived at the condo it had a bad smell, black spots all over the ceilings, bed pillow cover had a hole in it, two of the lights needed new bulbs, dusted and it needs some cosmetic work. Maintenance did come and replace the bulbs so we could have light. I will not choose this condo to stay in again.

The beach stay

The location was great, the cleaning was not up to par. We had dirty sheets that we had to wash before we could go to sleep. Sand in everything, but expected, but it smelled in ever room like dog pee and they did it on every rug in the place, we had a small dog and we would never let our dog do that anywhere, when we left the apartment she went in the crate. Other than that we had a good time

Perfect Weekend Get Away

Excellent experience from start to finish. We did have a balcony door that would not open and the hot water needed to be adjusted to be hotter. Bender Realty sent someone out immediately and took care of both issues without any loss of our vacation time. We were even informed ahead of time of the detours to take to the property because of the shrimp festival. Wow!!

The bathrooms were quite sufficient for the two of us ,and the kingsize bed very comfortable. We so much enjoyed the beauty of the ocean view and sounds each morning as we awoke, and miss the ocean and this view very much. We felt the price was very reasonable and will book again, if we can for next year. The Bender staff was very friendly, non-intrusive, and we felt always available if needed.

The only complaint is the Master bedroom bed was awful. It is very hard and not comfortable at all. One of the advantages of staying at The Carribean condo is how close you are to the ocean. Once you walk off the boardwalk, you are 10 steps to the ocean.

Reviewer Comments: So the location was perfect ... close to town, restaurants and attractions..the property and the unit 703 could all use a little freshening up was perhaps our only thing, but it still all very nice. The unit was comfortable and had everything needed, the view was fantastic . Parking at times seemed to be limited in the small lot, as I believe some on tenants were parking there for day use of the beach and at least once I know a non tenant family came several days in a row and used the pool! But it was’nt a big problem and we always parked close at night. I expected our unit to have a few beach toys & chairs, maybe a beach umbrella, but there was nothing. We bought a few inexpensive chairs a left them for the next guests . Overall we had a great time and may stay here again!!

Extended Beach Weekend

We needed a room for a few days and Caribbean was booked I just happened to see that this room had availability for the days we needed but you can only book 7 day minimum online. I called and they were able to reserve it for us. The location and view were great. We have 3 boys and it was great for what we needed. Plenty of room for what little we stay in the room. One shower was tough for 5 of us but it wasn't bad. Kitchen could use some more basic stuff like measuring cups but other than that it was great. Fridge was nice, A/C was fantastic and the room stayed cool all day. Only complaint we had was the master bed mattress needs updating. its hard as a rock and you can feel the springs. We didnt really use the indoor pool or little gym but we did take advantage of the outdoor pool and the easy access to the beach.

Condo was nice but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 703 is nice though I DO NOT care for the bathroom faucets-they are weird and they splash water back on you. Otherwise, nicely furnished (except wife felt the kitchen was not well stocked with cookware). A well decorated unit. Like all condos the cleaning crew doesn't mop the floors. We did, and although the tile wasn't visibly dirty, the mop water was literally black. We could not enjoy the balcony due to chain smokers in Unit 602 balcony (Vacasa rental) (Which IS a NO SMOKING UNIT) down and to the left that made our balcony smell like a bar the whole time. Literally every 10 minutes they fired up a cancer stick. It's amazing that they say only 20% of adults smoke nowadays but I ALWAYS get one of them next to me when I stay in a beach condo. This may be the last condo that I stay in. May try a house next time.

Could Be Better

We were looking for a 1 bedroom and decided to take a chance on it even after reading the reviews. The floors need to be either professionally steam cleaned (at a minimum), but really should be replaced. Housekeeping is majorly lacking in all areas! I could tell everything was "wiped down" but in a rental situation you have to SCRUB the kitchen, bathrooms and floors between rentals! I've learned to bring my own cleaning supplies down here but I shouldn't have to clean a condo when I'm paying a cleaning fee... Pros: Great location, good size for 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths a plus Cons: floors were gross (bring your house shoes!), mattress not very comfortable, sand on some of the furniture, bathrooms/tub not cleaned well, grass and weeds in pool area, slow elevator, had neighbors smoking on their balcony which was less than pleasant when we went out on ours

I can’t say enough good working with them for that personal touch However disappointed that the owner had not made any upgrades. There was a new matress. But being a Snowbird and older I had made mention that at least one bathroom have a tall toilet and the living room furniture is no good. I have every pillow in the condo on the couch and chair to make it comfortable to sit on.
