Perfection

Family getaway

Amazing view...with all the amenities. Setup was perfect for 3 couples.

We arrived shortly after the winds from a hurricane so there was one elevator but other than that everything was great for our group.

Ruckstuhl vacation

The condo was great. The view was perfect. Loved being right on the beach. We like the new design on the pool. Looked nice but the water was much colder than previous years. It says it was heated but did not feel like it. Over all we loved it

Beautiful view

Beautiful property. Perfect for family so nice to have bathrooms for all bedrooms. Nice beach workout room etc. Only feedback, providing more than one roll tp, and small amounts of dish soap, dishwasher liquid. Usually more is provided. But other than that, absolutely perfect! Would love to stay again

Best vacation we have ever been on!!!!

This place is so gorgeous, clean and spacious. Pictures and description are spot on. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the gulf shores were not affected minus 2 days we could not get in the ocean, but that’s ok we still sat on the beach and listened to the waves. It is one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on!!! We will definitely be coming back next year and hope to stay at this same place! Property managers were texting me updates before we flew out about the tropical storm/hurricane and that this area was not under evacuation. Such a great and tentative property management company!!!! I highly recommend people come stay at Crystal Shores West!

The unit is amazing

The unit is amazing. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay. Watch out for the chair rental people on the beach. They wanted to charge us $45 for 1 hour to sit there. Other than that the unit was easy to get to. Easy to get to the beach. Very nice views from the 13th floor. Corner unit was the best!! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you again.

Excellent stay

Our stay was excellent!! The rooms were spacious and the views were awesome!! We had a mishap with garage parking, we had two vehicles and two parking passes. We parked in the garage on our final night due to rain, both spaces were marked with our condo number (one marked on the wall, the other marked on the ground); however, our second vehicle had a note on it this morning to indicate it was mis-parked. Be careful with the confusing parking spots in the garage. Aside from that, WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!!

What a trip

This is a vacation to remember. I’m gonna stay at the beginning of this that this has nothing to do with the property manager or the property itself, but we arrived at 6:15 on Saturday evening with two firetrucks and three people stuck in an elevator. At this point, we carried all of our luggage and everything up 18 flights of stairs to find out that the elevators will be broken the entire week that being said this condo was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed very clean. Only real complaint would probably be the lack of newer TVs, but that’s just being picky. We rented beach chairs from down on the beach the price was very nice first all week and was very worth it. Other than the fact that our whole trip was walking up and down flights of stairs, our vacation was very good and the property manager was very communicative in the whole process. They did try to move us twice, but we felt like we were situated where we wanted to be for the beach And what not. All in all I would give this place another chance because it had everything that my family needed and was essentially located to a lot of things.

Fabulous!

This condo is nearly perfect! The only negative thing I can comment on is the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was tolerable but does need to be replaced. Another guest commented on the recliner that isn't in the best shape cosmetically but at least it is comfortable so I had no issues there. The location and the views from multiple windows throughout (including the bedrooms) as well as the expansive balcony with views of the ocean AND the bay across the highway were AMAZING! We also appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bathroom.

Crystal Shores West 1301

Overall stay was just fine. A few things I would offer as feedback to the owners. First, PLEASE look into a new mattress for the master. What is there is way past it's life, hard as rock, and springs are shot. I could not use the master. Given there are two other bedrooms, we managed fine. Master bath is excellent!! The shower is incredible! Second, pictures presented showed a chaise lounger on balcony. This was no longer there. Again, we managed, but wanted to have that option. Finally........the recliner. I've seen other review comments on the recliner for this unit. It's worn, ripped and past it's prime and needs replacing. Everything else about this unit was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay!!! Would book this unit again for sure!!

Hangout 2023

We had a lovely time staying here for Hangout 2023. The pictures are exactly as the place looks, and the view just cannot be beat! At the risk of sounding negative for what was still an amazing experience, just some notes for future travelers: all the different communication avenues needed for check caused a bit of confusion (VRBO, text, and email). Would recommend only to use their office phone number via text for any check in needs, they are very quick to respond here and didn't receive everything I sent via VRBO messages! Additionally, the very low amount of certain very necessary items for a big group of 8 people staying 5 nights (hardly any dish soap, trash bags, only one toilet paper roll per bathroom, no salt/pepper/spices, etc.) Some of this is mentioned in the listing, but I still thought it felt a bit skimpy considering what you are paying for the place. However, nothing a quick grocery trip couldn't fix! Overall, still definitely a 5 star experience and we would love to come back + recommend this to anyone considering staying here!

Great Property along the Gulf Shored

This was a great property in the heartbeat of the Gulf Shores. The listing is accurate and the hosts were great to work with. I’m reluctant to share this review though, because we want to rent it again next summer and I don't want it to get booked up.

I really don’t know where to start. This condo was absolutely adorable and clean. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub were spotless. Great view and access directly on the beach. We will be back again!!

Great Vacation Balcony

If you love the sound of the ocean waves, watching dolphins from the balcony while drinking your morning coffee, this place is for you. The interior was relaxing, it was not cluttered, the color scheme was calming. The beach is beautiful and "raked" daily. If you are flying and don't have space in your luggage for beach chairs, you can rent 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for the day for a reasonable cost. They will be set up for you on the beach in front the of the condo with your name on them. From check-in to check-out the stay was seamless. A few places to check out while during your stay Happy Pappy's coffee shop and The Wharf. A few kitchen items that would be appreciated are a knife sharpener and a large cutting board (for fruits/veggies).We would definitely stay here again.

Turtle-y awesome Prom-posal

We “shore” had a “turtle-y” awesome time at this condo as my son asked his girlfriend to prom on the beautiful sands below our balcony! Beautiful condo, fantastic views, and incredible memories! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this awesome place. Highly recommend!
