Great condo close to everything

The condo was clean and bad everything we needed. The only quirk was a very small master bath but we didn’t mind it. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is smaller but held our family of 3 comfortably. Location was great, right on the beach so no lugging beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. very far, they also have beach rentals available. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed and under construction while we were there, but the outdoor pool was nice if you needed a break from the ocean. Lots of good restaurants and outdoor activities. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for 2 people. King bed was firm and could use a pillow top if you like a softer bed. Overall this is a great unit and updated.

There are some maintenance things that need to be addressed. While shampoo was provided, there were NO beach towels! That was a major inconvenience. Overall it was clean and had a great view. Indoor pool was freezing and had so much chlorine your eyes burned walking through.

There was plenty of room for us and the veranda was awesome for morning coffee or evening drinks. Everyone at the condos were kind and helpful. Bender Realty was only a text or phone call away when we had a question. The best part was the State Park was next door so we were not surrounded by other condos. We will definitely stay there again!!!

The condo was as described in the pictures, had the perfect location next to the state park, was cozy/comfortable, and was very clean. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time (when we weren’t at the beach) out there. The beach was amazing, the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed seeing dolphins regularly. This was our second time renting through Bender Realty and they were great to rent through. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Place To Stay

I truly enjoyed the condo it was beautiful and the host is very easy to communicate with. It was some trouble with the elevator ( not just the expected repairs), it slowed my trip down some but we still enjoyed. It was nothing that the host could have done to change that situation. Will definitely like to stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in this condo 10+ years. This was a first with Bender and we had a few issues upon arrival. Towel rack was broken, no linen’s for sofa bed and room dehumidifier was full and needed a new filter. Also when we moved the sleeper couch away from the wall to access an outlet it was filthy. We arrived on Sunday took pictures and were at Bender first thing Monday morning. All issues were resolved promptly with the exception of the filth behind the couch which we discovered later.
