This home and neighborhood is the perfect safe place for families. Just a short 5-min walk or bike ride to the beach boardwalk, tennis and pickleball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, Gulf front pool, event entertaining areas and hot tubs. Nestled in the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, this low populated area is great for families, beach, relaxation and adventure. Additional homes for rent across the street.

Over 2700 SF of contemporary coastal living space. Home has great amenities such as smart TV's, bikes, beach towels, golf cart, ice maker, and more.

On the first floor:
The Smart TV entertainment center serves as the centerpiece to a large open concept living and dining rooms. The adjoining kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space, an ice maker, island and breakfast table that seats 4. Full size washer and dryer are also located on this level.

The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, closet, large TV and desk for work. It's en-suite bathroom includes a shower, an oversized tub and 2 sinks. The 2nd bedroom on this floor also boasts a king bed. This 2nd full bathroom has a small step-in shower.

On the second floor:
Featured are the 3rd bedroom (queen) & 4th bedroom (queen) - both with smart TVs. The 3rd bathroom is located on this level in addition to a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. One of these bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom.

On the third floor:
This home also has a third-floor crow's nest with two separate sleeping spaces. One side contains a twin bed with a twin trundle and the other side has a full bed.

The furnished porches, including a screened porch, make for great places to relax during the day or in the evening. You'll enjoy the convenience of an outdoor propane grill, a covered front porch, & driveway that can fit up to 2 cars. Parking is strictly enforced by security and parking passes must be purchased. We will purchase one for you! We have off-site referrals near the neighborhood for parking extra cars.
