Perfect vacation spot! Waterfront property - located on a canal leading to Little Lagoon. In the heart of Gulf Shores - 3 blocks to Gulf Shores main public beach and The Hangout. Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit B. See listing #1876887 for side A.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 1 smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, canal front.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Great place!

This was our 2nd trip to Gulf Shores and we could not have found a better place to stay. This 3 bed 2 bath was perfect for us and our 2 adult children. The location is great and is close to restaurants and the beach.

Had a great stay!

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and quiet. The location was only a 10-15 minute walk to many great places. The only downside is that we were only given 1 trash bag and a couple of rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay with 6 people so bring more if you think you’ll need more than that! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Bama birthday

This is second time here. I think we got lucky with our schedule that this house was available. The place is great. Clean, comfortable and close to so much. You can walk to the beach, shop and eat right from here. The house has plenty of room and is inanice, quiet location.

Gulf Shores letdown

This home is in a good area. Easy walking distance to the main area. Easy check in. Manager was prompt when contacted. However, the property needs some love and maintenance. Things like ripped screens on the back deck, grungy corners. On the whole this property needs some upgrading.

We came out to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. We went to Lambert's for dinner and we also spent the day at Owa. We had such a good time!!!

Central location - Great price!!

This property had plenty of room for our family of 8! My sister and her family were able to also stay at the adjoining property and it was perfect while we were in town for a family wedding! We looked at possibly coming back and staying when the weather was warmer!

Nice little duplex

This is a nice little duplex on the canal in the middle of Gulf Shores. Easy walk to store and restaurants nearby. Couple of blocks to the beach. Property was a little old but maintained fairly well. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Screened porch was nice to have on the back facing the canal.

Clean but a bit dated

Although the property was a bit dated, I would absolutely stay there again. It was clean and we enjoyed the 10 or so minute walk to the beach. There was plenty to see and do in the area. The neighborhood rooster wake up calls were an added 'bonus'!!!

Loved the location

My husband and I (+1 dog) loved the location. Just a couple blocks from beach. Very easy walk. Close to restaurants and shops. This duplex could use updating. But plenty of beds for 8 people. No bugs and very quiet neighborhood. On a dead-end street. Bonnie G
