  • Welcome to the Pelican loft, one of four beautiful new condos in the low density, hi end Waterway Place lofts. The Pelican Loft at WaterWay Place is located in the trendy Waterway Village. This beautifully appointed loft offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious King bed, and modern bathroom. Relish in the natural light and gentle breeze flowing through the 2 elegant sliding doors. The Pelican Loft is pet friendly (see details); a $25 nightly pet fee to be added during booking.


    Conveniently located above The Galway Irish Public House, indulge in fantastic outdoor/indoor dining experiences. Explore the area by foot or bike, including the inter-coastal waterway. Waterway Village invites you to walk, or bike, to restaurants, music venues, Meyers Park, yoga studios, coffee shops, the Gulf State Park, and of course the inter-coastal and Gulf beach. We are pet friendly (1 pet) with a $25 daily pet fee to be paid at booking.
