Lots of room everyone
Nice area, gated community. Security was very helpful during check in. Property exceeded expectations on size and space. Multiple bathrooms helped with privacy and speeding 8 kids through showers!! Loved the area, traffic was low key and local restaurants were great. Beach was clean and not overly crowded. Visit to Fort Morgan historical site was a great break from the beach but only minutes away.

Beachy Bama
We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for us—14 of us. The boys enjoyed playing outside and the bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped—had everything we needed! It was an excellent choice!

Beautiful home- hidden fees not disclosed until the week of check-in
So I wanted to think a while before I reviewed the property. Overall it is a beautiful property. I would rate a 5 star, but because the listing didn't disclose extra fees that amounted to 140, and the gym is also an extra fee, I gave a 4 star.Beautiful home- exactly as pictured, &the owner responded promptly to messages. The listing didn't disclose fees of 40/car" or the extra gym fee.TBH I would still have rented the property,even with the fees, but they should have been included in the listing. VRBO's policy stated no hidden fees, and all resort fees will be included in the listing. Instead, at my sons college graduation, I was getting messages from the owner that I needed to pay extra before check in the next day. It put a small damper on an otherwise fabulous celebration.
