Perfect Beach Getaway

The large balcony was absolutely perfect! We could’ve spent our entire time out there enjoying the views. The location of the condo was also perfect for avoiding the crowds of the larger condominiums and public beaches. We can’t wait to go back!

The beds were so very comfortable! I need to find out the mattress brand because I’d like to get them for my home! The beach is gorgeous. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather when we were there, but we made the best of it and still enjoyed our stay.

This was our second stay at this condominium. It is in a great location, is clean and roomy. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach, the comfy bed, spacious bathrooms and the kitchen. We will stay here again!

Beautiful confo

This was the perfect get away for my 93 year old mom and myself. After losing my spouse on May 30, 2024, it was a wonderful place to reflect and heal. The balcony was our favorite place to relax and listen to the ocean. Thank you for a great vacation!

Buc-ee’s trip

My brother in law and his wife have never been to a Buc-ee’s so we drove from Baton Rouge to Buc-ee’s and we booked a stay at the Royal Palms condos. The condo was as advertised and clean. I would book this condo again.

Royal Palms unit 305 is an unforgettable experience.

The hosts are remarkably responsive and strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They checked on us during our stay to see if there was anything that we were satisfied. The property is located in an ideal spot as the last condo before the State Park. The beach in this area is not at all crowded. We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

Beautiful View

The intial view once you open the door is breathtaking. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. I would suggest a screen for the master bedroom so that you can hear the calming waves at night.

Great Experience

We had never been to Gulf Shores and I believe we picked the best spot for our family to stay. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony and the two pools on the property were the icing on the cake. Scott and Star were excellent hosts who responded to all communications promptly and provided insight to the area. Would highly recommend and will likely stay here again in the future.

Great location!

This third floor unit was right on the beach with fantastic views of the Gulf. It abuts the State Park so it is quiet with clear views. Nice sized deck with couch and breakfast table. Clean, bright unit. Would stay here again if ever back to Gulf Shores. Scott & Star were quick to respond to our emails prior to arrival and reached out to us during our stay to make sure we were satisfied.

Great location & view

The condo was exactly as advertised, in a great location, right on the beach with close proximity to the state park and local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and was a great base to do the things you want to do at the beach. The host was also always easy to reach and provided all the check in info at the necessary time. Not sure if the parking fee is the same at all condos but I don’t remember paying additional $$ elsewhere for parking. Maybe that’s standard now.

Good and Bad

We booked this condo for a week long vacation. There was both good and bad things about our stay. First, we’ll start with a good. The location is amazing the balcony over overseas the beach and ocean and the view is really really nice. It is close to local eateries And the condo seemed mostly clean. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with the host was easy and quick.Now for the bad, we had to wait over an hour outside while the cleaning people finished up so the room was not ready for us after a 15 Hour Dr. The condo is definitely not “luxurious” by any means. I would say half of the condo is semi upgraded and half of the condo is relatively older in regards to fixtures and appliances. The ad states thousand square foot. I would question that seems a bit small but here’s the real kicker, the condo advertise that it sleeps six people When we got there. There was no pull out sofa so a third of my party had to sleep on a tiny chair in an uncomfortable couch the first night after contacting the host he bought a 40 blowup mattress from Walmart to accommodate us. The refund that he gave us was 200 for the “inconvenience “ That’s hardly reimbursement for a third of the people having to sleep on a blowup mattress for a week.Overall, I give the condo three stars edging towards four had the listing been accurate and actually slept six with a fold out couch. It would be four stars.Luxurious, no. Standard beach, condo, yes. Would I return to this condo, no.

Quick Family Trip

Loved the location right beside Gulf State Park. It is also the last condo so it isn’t as congested. Plenty of space - pools could use and update but they were adequate. Both beds slept great!
