We spent the entire month of February in this unit. It has a spectacular view and is, overall, spacious and comfortable. While it was "surface clean," there were a number of maintenance and upkeep issues. Paint is peeling from the table and chairs on the balcony; the screen is half ripped out of the slider in the master bedroom; the bedspread is pilled and soiled and seriously needs to be replaced; a cabinet door in the kitchen was literally hanging on one hinge; and the carpet needs to be cleaned. We submitted a detailed list of these and several other issues to the rental agent upon our departure, but we received no response. We are looking forward to another stay at this complex next year, but we received no response from the realtor to multiple requests regarding the scheduling other units. Consequently, we are leasing a refreshed and updated unit directly from the same resort in 2020.
Update: After submitting this review, we finally received a voice mail from the realtor assuring us that the problems we listed would be addressed. If you are considering this unit, you would be wise to confirm that the maintenance work has been done, the carpet cleaned, and the bedspread replaced.
