Balcony on the Beach! Hotel Suite with Full Kitchen & Bunks *1st Floor*

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

We were on the boardwalk across from The Hangout. It was the perfect location. Quiet and clean. Very comfortable king size bed. We will be back!

Great location!

Overall our stay here was wonderful. The location was close to everything and beach front. The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the living room furniture. It was dirty and maybe just stained, but it needs cleaned. We just put the sheets for the foldout bed over the couch and chair and it was no big deal.

Spring stay

We enjoy staying at this property, however the bed in the bedroom is uncomfortable. I mentioned this last month when we stayed and it is still the same. The attendant that checked us in this time was not friendly at all. The room itself and the location is perfect for two.

Family getaway

This property was clean and was perfect for 4 people. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable with a memory foam mattress. View was great. The only negative was being right beside public beach access made it it a little crowded at times but on the other hand it is within walking distance to several stores and restaurants.
